Serasana Dripping Springs, Austin TX

Called beforehand and mentioned I had cancer, was immuno-compromised, and my doctor recommended therapists that were vaccinated. They booked my massage and said they would call to let me know whether my therapist was vaccinated. I never received a follow up call. When I arrived, I was surprised to see I was nearly the only one in the store wearing a mask. Both receptionists, as well as the massage therapist, did not wear a mask the entire time, or ask guests to wear a mask. While the massage was good, I unfortunately wouldn't feel comfortable enough to return. It's sad to see them taking the pandemic less serious than other store chains.

Unclear how they've been open for 3 years and barely have reviews. Somehow I missed this place thinking while driving by it was a salon. After seeing just about every Yelp review mentioning the same 2 girls, I decided to try someone else. And that massage guru was. Katrina!

I've had Swedish massages, sports massages, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, checking just about most of the boxes of massage varieties. And I've been to probably over 20 different people. Katrina gave one of the best massages I have ever gotten. Why? She wasn't just effective but transitioned to different parts of the massage seamlessly and somehow made it a spiritual/surreal experience (adjectives I never use). Her pace was perfect and she was really great about progressing into tighter spots.

I will be back for sure.

We had a spa day party for my daughter’s 14th birthday and Serasana was AMAZING! The girls absolutely loved their 30 min facials and chair massages. The staff was really friendly and helpful and we could not have asked for a better experience! The next time I’m there, it’ll be for my own massage and facial!

First time here, great experience. Excellent massage from Brenda, nice balance between medium and deep tissue.

I like the waiting area, relaxing and well decorated. Massage was not great, and the therapist did not know what service I was scheduled for, and also didn’t include the scheduled add ins. The front desk person was not very friendly either, she barely spoke to me at either encounter.
They did not offer any water to drink before or after the massage. Usually I am savoring every minute at the spa, but I was glad to leave this place.

I loved my massage with Francesca! She really got my needs and she is very knowledgeable. I got a Groupon for a 50 minutes massage and will return for sure! I highly recommend her if you wanna feel like a brand new person!

I recently went to Serasana for a weekend get away for my birthday with my girlfriend. We drove from San Antonio and had an awesome time. Serasana was my first full body massage experience although it was pleasant and quit nice there is room for opportunity. Upon arriving I mentioned to the lady behind the counter it was our first time there. She replied ok well you get a tea afterwards. Which would you like and proceeds to rattle out drink choices. I looked at her confused and asked which would you recommend her response all of our teas are good.um ok So I went with the only thing that sounded remotely familiar to me hibiscus lol it was good. My massage was done by Ms. Jasmine don’t be fooled by her appearance she has a small frame and is soft spoken but has great power in those fingers. Kudos Ms. Jasmine you are amazing woman! I believe if a little time was taken to explain the teas their properties /uses I may have been inclined to try something new.or I could have easily just asked as well right All in all I enjoyed the whole experience.

Beautiful atmosphere, my review is based solely on the tea bar. I stopped in to check out the amenities and see what this place was all about. I indicated it was my first time in, however, the woman didn't guide me or tell me anything about the establishment. I picked out a hot beverage and sat down to wait. The beverage (yogi chai tea) tasted like flavorless lukewarm water. The worst chai I have ever had. I am a tea afficianado and love teas and coffees of all kinds. This overpriced beverage was a disappointment. I really wanted to learn more about the services, however, I didn't feel welcome. I have no idea about the yoga or massage, just my feedback on my initial experience.

I have been seeing Kimmi for acupuncture for more than a year now and I couldn't speak more highly of her and the relief that I have experienced through working with her. I suffer from diverticulosis and Kimmi has gone above and beyond to keep my health on track and limit my flare-ups. She has also supported me with stress/anxiety relief with monthly acupuncture visits.

Massage was great! Katie really listened to what I needed. Receptionist needs to work on being friendly in person and on the phone.

This was my first time to Serasana and it will not be my last. Immediately upon entry we were greeted and offered tea before and after our couples massage. The mood was set and I must say it was wonderful. My massage therapist was Amanda who treated me like a king. She was kind, genuine, and so attentive. I could not have asked for better. She also performed these stretching techniques during my massage which were AMAZING! I'm really considering getting a membership after this experience.

This rating is related to the Massage part of Serasana. I was disappointed with the massage. My 50 minute massage was 42 minutes in length after she started late but still ended it at regular time. I was also very specific on the deep tissue focus area, shoulder blades and back, which she did not focus on and proceeded to do other areas.

There are too many other massage options in and around Belterra. Serasana is not worth your time and money. Find other options.

The yoga instructors are great and Cassie is a really good massage therapists. I love their tea and coffee bar. You won’t be disappointed!
