Definitely the best bridal experience we’ve had. Sara was fantastic, so patient and kind. My family and I were immediately greeted, and walked through the entire process of dress shopping (which was very appreciated since this was my first time!). Sara took care of us, and she was phenomenal. Sara asked me a few quick details about my wedding and what I was looking for. I had a specific dress in mind so she went to grab it. I did not feel pressured or rushed, though they were very busy. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I’ll be back for my alterations!
Our experience here was great. I accompanied a dear friend for her first dress fitting and her assistant, Elena, went the extra mile to make sure that her time was special and worthwhile. Our consultant Sara was truly a Blessing! We talked to her about what we wanted and LITERALLY she picked out EXACTLY what we wanted! We were shocked! She made us feel so comfortable and she was so sweet to us! We had a blast and everything went so smoothly! Ultimately, another point that surprised us was Sara Alterations as a sister business with Sermeh Bridal (both are managed by Sara) is one of the best alterations in the Austin area that caused us to have the best feeling regarding the result. We loved our experience and cannot express how grateful we are!

She is absolutely amazing. Not only does she have exquisite taste and selects stunning dresses to have at her store but she also designs her own. We got to see one of them and it was sooo beautiful.
She will not only make your bridal shopping experience amazing but she also knows how to taylor anything that you might need. From making your dress fit just right to designing from scratch anything that you can imagine wearing on your wedding day.
