Servall Sod, Plano TX

I have worked with many sod suppliers in the area, from Carrollton to Garland, and this place is magnitudes better in service and product. I will never go anywhere else now and glad I found Servall sod. The staff is outstanding and friendly. Charlie helped me and definitely earned a customer for life.

Will recommend this Sod company to everyone. Went there today to get a couple of pieces of sod. Almost 18 years ago, my infant son passed away and had to put sod down at his grave because the rain kept washing away the grass seed. The past couple of years, the grass started leaving bare spots. Stopped by Servall Sod this morning to replace the bad grass. The gentleman who walked out with me to make sure I got the right sod for my son's grave was extremely nice and kind. Thank you, Sir, for your generosity and kindness.

Please make sure you arrange your labor/workers only when the grass is delivered.

Very unpredictable in terms of delivery. I arranged all people to put sod but Servall did not deliver on time. When Sod was not delivered, I called next day early morning and suggested that I will have this picked up, they say it is already loaded to truck. I waited, waited and waited and sod did not come
I have to ask someone else to pick it up. I am paying $100 more for this amazing experience.

Tip while dealing with them - Do not engage with labor unless you have sod at your Yard. Because they do not deliver on days they promise. Grass may be good or bad but you will end up paying extra if you are a organized person.

Gardener Friends I highly recommend that you buy the grass in Carrollton, you get $70 less than here and something important is that they treat you with respect,

Have to update this, got sod home (didn’t look at it prior to loading) the sod is almost past dormant it looks dead and was not given the full half pallet. What I thought was affordable after getting a few more prices they’re considerably higher then most of the other sod retailers there. When I called back the friendly customer service that existed was gone and replaced with sarcasm. Got 12 rolls for the price of a half pallet and only able to cover 180sq foot when told it would cover 300sq foot. A bit deceptive if you ask me.
