I thought I needed a new thermostat. Morgan asked me a few questions and recommended checking to see if the unit was low on refrigerant. It was, and once it was added the unit began to cool and I reprogrammed the thermostat. I appreciated his thoughtful process of identifying the problem and fixing it quickly!

I had one company come out and say my entire unit was broken and I needed $10,000 to buy a new unit. Just to be safe I called Service Champs to get a second opinion. They found a burnt out Wyler and fixed my unit for under $50. What a lifesaver! Thank you morgan for your detail- oriented exam and trying to do what’s best for your client not best for your bottom line. Thankful for their quick responsiveness.

Gave one star because I had to and because yes they were quick to collect the $89.the technician Kevin said it was a control panel that was on back order although i have to say heather didn't have time two weeks without air. Finally got frustrated and called someone else they came out come to find out it was just a blown fuse and showed my husband where it said a "blown fuse". Was fixed and done with the other company in less than 40 minutes.

I called Service Champs for a n AC tune up promotion they had for $69 and I was completely “wowed”. They took the time to answer my questions and they were so professional and nice. I will be calling them for all of my AC needs.
