Took my car here for an inspection and an oil change. Everyone in here is so nice and professional. I do not feel pressured to do more to my car than needed. Received a text message with photos of my inspection with green, yellow, and red indicators of what needs to be changed, what can wait and what is good. This makes me, as a woman, feel a lot better coming into a place like this by myself. Synthetic oil change is $15 less here than at kwic Kar. This place has my business for anything that occurs with my car from here on out!

I have to say, Zeke and the team there did a fantastic job taking care of our 2007 Cadillac CTS. I know it showed up with a fried ECM. Not running. And the car slept there for 5 weeks thru this ordeal of two bad computers from my parts company. Should have gotten the computer from dealer to start with instead of bringing the part with the car. Thank you, I know this car was a hard one.

They wanted to charge me $1200 to fix my A/C and I took my vehicle to two other mechanics who did not find anything wrong. It didn’t need repair. Also they charged $129 to look at it, the other mechanic only charge $58.

I stopped by for an inspection, and the service was fantastic! Josh walked me through everything and made me feel welcome, and they finished within 10 minutes. The waiting area was nice, and didn't smell like motor oil! I will absolutely be back for future services.

Great experience here! Got our vehicle in and out for routine service without any hiccups. Put my guy back on the road without a delay in his schedule. On top of that I received images on my phone of inspection points for any areas of concern.

Best customer service start to finish I’ve ever had with my car. Everyone I dealt with from the first phone conversation to picking it up was great. Their prices were fair and lower than a competitors quote for the same services.

I am quite picky about who services my vehicle. I was quite impressed with the level of professionalism and cleanliness of the facility. Ownership has done a great job hiring qualified personal and creating a very customer friendly facility with all the amenities of a higher end dealership when you are waiting for services to be performed. Definitely have found my new service center for the future. Great job to all involved!

The shop and premises were pristine, often not the case in automotive service establishments, and the service was efficient, friendly and reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend this company.

Zeke was awesome and his team was very kind and helpful! They did exactly what I needed for a very fair price and even got me a water bottle since I did a drive-thru oil change and it was hot out. I have absolutely 0 complaints and will be returning here for my future oil changes as well

I highly recommend this repair shop. My husband had previously taken it to another shop and they did nothing to fix the problem and they had it for days. He took it here and within a day that had told us the problem. Also kept in contact the whole time.

Comfortable chairs, big screen tv, starbucks coffee and tea in the lounge. Playground for the kids. Quick sevice.

This would be my 4th visit to Service First. My first 3 were at the Fort Worth location off Golden Triangle, always super sweet. This 4th visit was in Hurst and it just wasn't the same vibe. Reading everyone's comments for the Hurst location it seems everyone is satisfied with the speed of service and staff being super friendly. Maybe I just came on a bummed out day. Not saying that anyone was rude or anything, it just seemed real quiet. And then to top it off, I didn't even get a reminder sticker of when to bring my car back from oil change and the guys didn't even reset my Oil % back to 100. Both are minor, but its what i bring it in for. I'll still bring it back to Service First, just not this location.

I came back to revise my 3 stars to 5 stars. The store manager from Hurst called me and I thought that was very courteous and humbling of him to do so. He didn't have to, but he took the time out of his day to call and apologize. I've been in Customer Service all my life so it means a lot when someone takes the time to be kind and courteous for a dissatisfied customer. A heart felt Thank you!

We have been to Steve's for two major repairs and will be bringing our vehicles back for regular service as well. The craftsmanship, professionalism, and value is top notch.

Amazing value and work out of him! He went out of the way to take care of us as two young people who don’t have a lot of options. I will never go anywhere else for any car work!

First time at this location!
Opened on time. Great customer service. I appreciate that they send text messages after the diagnostic on your car. If there are issues. They come and explain in detail. They didn't push me on what was not needed but suggested what was needed at that time.
I'm no longer living in Keller, and will miss everyone at Golden Triangle. Grateful that I'm still part of the family. The Hurst family. Keep up the great work. Sorry I don't know names yet, how everyone was so nice to me. See you in s few months.

The nicest auto repair center I've ever been in.then the repair suggestions come and it all makes sense.not the most affordable car repair center, but it sure is nice inside!

First class service, nice clean comfortable waiting area. Even have a kid indoor play and outdoor dog exercise areas.

UPDATE: I was contacted by Jason a manager for this company, and after talking for a while he offered to fix my vehicle at no charge once I told him my vehicle was still not working. I never would've thought they wouldve called me but he did, I ordered my part took it in and my vehicle was ready really fast. I would use them again due to him taking accountability and just talking to me and understanding why I was unhappy. They do great work just a little pricey for me but I would recommend them. Outstanding customer service.
