OMG.well, not enough words to express how i feel about my experience with service king without writing a long speech.from SANDY, the receptionist specialist to my mechanic, to all who played a part. THANK YOU! Is not enough on how professional all had been during the time my vehicle was in service.they text me EVERY DAY to let me no the status of my car and what they were doing. FIVE STARS!

Pros: They keep you updated frequently and are relatively fast with repairs.

Cons: Terrible quality control and dishonest customer service.

Someone crashed into our brand new car when it was parked in June 2021. The responsible driver’s insurance (Allstate) sent us to this location of Service King. The repairs were not extremely extensive, but both driver’s side doors would need to be replaced.

They called every day with an update about the car. About two weeks later, on July 2, it was ready and I went to go pick it up. I immediately noticed a large flaw (about 3 inches by 2 inches) in the paint on one of the new doors. I pointed this out to the customer service person who was checking the car out, and she told me that they hadn’t done any painting. This was obviously false — that whole door was brand new, and they had told me when the car was sent to the paint department. I insisted that in fact they had, and it was on the receipt. She then told me it would buff out and wasn’t a flaw. I asked her to buff it out then. She got a rag, and when she rubbed the spot nothing happened (not surprising — the flaw was under the new clear coat). She finally then said it would have to go back to the paint department.

I also checked the inside of the door that was replaced. (Our door was open when our car was hit, so there was damage to the inside as well.) The damage was still there. Again, the customer service rep tried to convince me that this wasn’t their problem. She said it wasn’t on the estimate and they weren’t supposed to repair it. When I pointed out that actually their job was to fix all the damage from the accident, she asked if I had pointed that out when I brought the car in originally. I said that the car was actually towed in, so she finally agreed to have them fix it. But she still tried to get me to take my car then and return with it later, saying I couldn’t leave with my rental car because she had already “clicked it in. ” It wasn’t until I called Allstate and got approval from them to keep the rental that she finally caved.

Two more weeks later, they called me to say that they had fixed those two issues (along with re-replacing two pieces of molding that were scratched — these were noticed by their quality assurance, though). There was also a scratch to another piece of trim, but that part would take a while to come in, and they would send someone to my house to replace it when it did.

Again, when I picked up the car, there were more problems. This time, the handle above the door in the backseat was missing. Also, the inside of the car (which was brand new!) was dirty, dusty, and stained. This time, I spoke directly with the manager, Dustin, who said he couldn’t think of any reason the handle would have been removed and said they would replace it and detail the car fully.

The next day, I went to go pick up the car. They had detailed it and it looked much better. The following day, though, I realized that their detailer had taken a few of the all-weather mats out and failed to put them back in. I ended up just calling the detailing company directly and getting the mats back from them.

I really cannot describe how frustrating it was that it took this company three attempts to make a relatively simple repair. Having car repairs done right is a matter of safety, and I still have no way of knowing if there are latent defects with my car that I can’t see.

I was particularly surprised that the customer service rep would try to convince me that serious problems with the repair were in fact not problems at all, or that I couldn’t leave with my rental car. It was really stressful to deal with this, and I would strongly recommend against this location particularly and Service King as a whole.

I came to Service King with some minor repairs to my vehicle. I walked in and the ladies at the front were so nice and friendly. I worked with Dustin for my estimate and to get the parts ordered.they came in the very next morning. I brought my car in, waited in the lobby worked on my laptop and just like that my car was done. I pretty much paid what I was quoted so I had no surprises. This all happened in less than 24 hours. Obviously depending on your cars needs this time frame will vary but the fact that they were so professional and willing help me get on my way was amazing. I will be returning if I ever need anything in the future.

This is a great place to take your vehicle. Dustin took cake on my claim even though my insurance totaled the vehicle.

Our 2016 Ford Explorer was brought here after someone hit it while it was parked. This location was nothing but courteous and professional the whole time. I dealt with Gilbert, Amber, and Ben specifically and I could not be happier with the service they provided. All 3 of them kept me updated with the status of my vehicle and even worked with me to have it delivered to my house when I was unable to get it upon completion. Absolutely would recommend this place to anyway, I am super appreciative of their help.

USAA sent me there to get estimate. Already had an appointment. When I arrived I was told I had to make another appointment because it was hail damage.
Next available was following week. Left and called USAA they told me all they needed was to give an estimate so we called and a gentleman tod us to come back. I did and he was really rude. He told me to wait inside. I wanted to show him damage and he told me he knew what to look for to just wait. Came back in 5 minutes and said you can leave. He gave usaa an estimate without looking at hood damage or anything. I have over 250 dings, broke lights, door handles etc. This guy was upset about something. All I wanted was my car repaired. Now I have to go somewhere else to get a real bid and get it fixed. Terrible! If this does not get looked into I will file a formal complaint withUSAA. This is unacceptable. I have name of gentleman if anyone cares.

There are many companies out there that only care about their bottom line. Service Kings bottom line is truly the customers satisfaction. The quality of work not only shows the professionalism of the employees, but also the dedication they put into their work. Staff was friendly and customer service was great! I got update calls several times a week which I appreciated. Everything was explained to me at drop off and when again when I picked up my vehicle. The work done to my vehicle was top notch and my car looks brand new!

Wife was in an accident and we had to wait on USAA to help with a ride. Service King was able to get my car looked at and estimated within a week so that we can start the total loss process.

I was recommended to bring my car to Service King because my car being wrecked in an accident. When I was suppose to get my personal items out the car, I discovered all of my personal items (like clothes, coats, personal care/ beauty products, and shoes) were missing out of my car. The employees act like my items were never in my car.

My service rep Daniel was wonderful at texting me updates on the repairs of my truck. He was also available to take my phone calls and was very professional & respectful!

Paul was taking care of me and said he could have my car ready by Wednesday. I needed it that night for work and he didn’t have it ready nor called me about the estimated finish time so I was automatically very disappointed in the service. I called everyday after Wednesday morning and for some reason Paul was always out on break. I only kept it at Service King because he specifically said he could have my car repaired by that day. When i kept calling about my vehicle status, someone else would answer and couldn’t tell me the status so I was stuck waiting around for Paul to call me back, which he didn’t except for one time. When he finally did call me back he said the same thing, that it would be ready by the end of Wednesday, which it was not of course. I told him I drive a far way to get to the shop and by Thursday he still was “on break” and did not give me any updates. I had to get a rental car and when I went by the shop on Thursday, I asked if it was anywhere close to being done and he said “oh yeah it’s finished” like it’s been done and its no big deal that i have been waiting. Very disappointed with not only Paul’s customer service but with everyone who I was taking on the phone with about updates on my vehicle status.

I had a repair at this location back in March 2019.

Service King was contracted to fix my vehicle after it was hit. I was not at fault in the accident, yet the service manager said I would not receive OEM parts. Upon review, the invoice for the repair calls for OEM parts.

At first, the repair was delayed by a week as the technician stated the paint quality was subpar. When I received the car, I found many issues. There were huge panel gaps and the aftermarket parts were highly inferior to the OEM parts.

On top of these issues, they replaced the windshield with an aftermarket windshield even though it wasn't damaged in the accident. They admitted to replacing the windshield after I caught it at home, stating it was damaged during the repair and the aftermarket item was of "comparable quality. "

It wasn't until I contacted my insurance agent and their corporate hq that this location agreed to fully repair the body damage with OEM parts. I had to come back 3 times over 3 months in order to address issues with the repair. Even now, there are still lingering issues with the repair.

If I had to do it all over again, I would not have my car repaired at this location. Their services are subpar, and I had to to argue with them in order to use OEM parts for repair. They were also very shady with trying to pass off aftermarket windshield replacement, and only agreed to use the OEM panel after I found the issue personally.
