Service King Collision Farmers Branch (Now Crash Champions)

They wouldn't fix my car because it had some only cuz it had duct tape and some Bondo behind the bumper that I never knew in an accident I had about 2 years ago and my thing is that I guess they can't warranty that what they fix but my thing is that they broke in my car at a service king on lemon and Dallas and out of my car to play hardball I would never take my car and I would advise you to take your car.

The work done was good, but I have been harassed by the company since July. They agreed to the work amount and a month later, after the work was completed, started harassing me for an extra $1,000. It is now November!
They have threatened with repossession of my car! They are criminal. They should not be allowed to operate in this way.
I am not one to leave a bad review, but they have gone too far.
STAY AWAY! Unless you want to be scammed!

The repair guy was very professional, but I have a had multiple horrible experiences getting my car fixed.

Went there last year between May and July 2022. One issue I had was when I got the car back there was a nail in the tire, and I had to get that fixed. They said it came in that way. Which it didn't, because I drove it there and the tire was fine. Next was had I replace my head light and noticed the light fixtures didn't match. The issue I had today that really got me. Was I had to replace my Daytime running light, and the light bulb was TAPED to the socket. The clip to hold the bulb in was broke off. Today was the first time I touched that light. It was so jerry rigged that it took me longer to fix it than it should have. I am not happy with the boot leg fix, because know I have to get that fixed. When I shouldn't have to worry about it to begin with.

I took my car to get repaired, they did an amazing job at keeping me updated on my car. They helped me work out receiving my car since I couldn’t make it in time before they closed. I was surprised to see my car all washed and practically detailed which I really appreciated! Would definitely recommend bringing you car here yo get it repaired!

I took my car here to have it repaired. Bob did a great job on keeping me updated. It was as much of a stress-free experience as one could imagine. I will recommend coming here to my friends and family.

Crash Champions did a fantastic job repairing our vehicle after a recent wreck. The process was fantastic, timely, and the repairs are top-notch! The vehicle is as good as new again, and I appreciate it!

I had my new civic’s bumper dent repaired here recently. Service King at the Farmer’s branch did a fantastic job of fixing it very quickly than the ETA. Bob and Denice in the customer service were very transparent, helpful and kept me informed about the live progress regularly. If you’re looking for any car service around this area, its safe to say their team is too good and trustworthy.

Service King did a good job on the initial repair. However, when the under shield fell off 4 months later, they made it nearly impossible for me to use Geicco's lifetime guarantee for the part. Service King did not answer my 10+ calls and did not return my 5+ voicemails. When I did reach their corporate headquarters, the operator tried repeatedly to contact this location to no avail. When I did come in for one scheduled appointment, Service King told me that they ordered the wrong part and told me they'd call me about next steps, which they never did.

These guys are the worst. Don't waste your time. You'll make an appointment and confirm it but they'll give it away to somebody else and pretend they don't know what's going. They'll make you run around in circles on the phone. Extremely unprofessional way to run something as simple as scheduling it's no wonder they're "backed" up, they're up there just playing patty cake.

Overall, excellent friendly service. My new front bumper is a shade or two darker than the rest of the car.but may be just “owner eye”.

Initially I was meet at the front desk by Bob (Estimator associate) who examined the damage of the vehicle (for an insurance repair for Geico) he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed my experience.

Denise assisted me with my follow up and helped with securing my vehicle. She was very thorough with the summary of the repaired damage and reminded me of the Lifetime warranty that comes with areas Crash Champions worked on.

I mentioned to Bob and Denise that I would leave a 5star review and insist they both be eligible for a promotion AND at least a 10% raise with no questions asked! I know the owners/Senior management are reviewing this, so as you all are huddled around reading this review with a smile, please look at Bob and Denise and tell them “Thank you for making us look good. ” Then follow up with some money because that’s what makes the world go around and helps Crash Champions stay in business!

Service king is a good place to get your vehicle repaired. I had to take my f150 to get repaired and I was notified that the repair process has started the same day I took it there. They will even contact enterprise rental and they will come pick you up and take you to get your rental. Talk to Bob when you get there he and the of the team as great customers service. I recommend service king for all of your repair. GO service king
