This location took such good care of my car. From Yolanda at the front desk, to Issac doing my estimate, Alex the manager, and everyone that took care of it in the back. It looks as good as new! I will always know where to go and send people. Thanks, yall!

I’m sure many of you have heard stories about nightmares of car repairs taking forever, even for minor fender bender like mine. Service King had me in and out in 3 days and my car looks great. Customer Sercice was top notch. Appointment was in time and friendly young ladies at desk. I had an excellent young man, Jesus Madina who reviewed my car and clearly explained what could be done, answered all my questions & called me the next day with repair options and cost before starting the job. They also arranged for Enterprise to pick me up and take me to as well.

These folks did a good job on the work, and a really good job communicating the status of my vehicle in an almost daily basis.

I would have to say that SK was beyond exceptional to my needs. My car was damaged significantly and Alex, Yolanda and Carlos all made sure to give me weekly updates on my vehicle. My car was in the body shop for 2 1/2 months. I had no means of Transportation BUT Alex made sure to get me in a rental covered by SK until my car was done. Weekly updates by Yolanda were awesome. I knew on a weekly basis the status of my car. Thank you SOOO Much to these Wonderful people who made it happen and didnt leave me out of the loop or without a car to get around in. Would def recommend or go back if needed.

One thing I want to to note is the entrance. It's easy to miss because of all the road works right in front. As of 7/21/22, the entrance is not paved and it might look like you are turning into a construction area.

Another collision place didn't fix my car right, and I brought it to this Service King because they had always done a great job. I was told that I just need to shut my door harder which I never had to do before the repair. So I went back to this location since I have always used previously and they correct and fixed the problem. I will always from now on take it back here.

Nobody wants to get in a car accident, but if you do take your car here! Alex Perez is great and all staff are patient and accomodating. It's also really refreshing to be able to press an extension and actually get a live person on the other end, every time! They did not hesitate and had me bring my car in immediately when I had some minor concerns.
My car was ready ahead of scheduled time that was promised and they go the extra mile to make sure the customer is completely satisfied. Great job.

Alex and Yolanda helped me through the whole process. They made sure to communicate and keep me update through the whole repair, which is a huge difference from anywhere else I’ve gotten work done at. They made sure they did everything with quality and worked very hard to keep me satisfied. A great group of people and technicians and I knew as soon as I spoke to them my car was in great hands. I cannot explain the satisfaction I received as a customer with Service King. The time it took to repair my vehicle was very short and the person taking care of my claim (Carlos) did an amazing work explaining and walking me through the entire process. This is my first time dealing with the shop at Estate Ln but not my first time dealing with service, got to say this has been the best shop I’ve dealt with overall. The staff is courteous including the front desk receptionist (Yasmin) as they also went out and about to make sure the process went smooth on their end. Carlos made sure the repairs were done correctly and also went out and about their way to assure satisfaction on the service.
