Excellent and easy customer service. Updates you via text and personal calls every step of the way.

I had the rear hatch of my crossover SUV replaced after damaging it and the quality of the job was superb.

Would highly recommend.

Curtious staff, kept me informed of the progress. We had hail damage to 3 of our vehicles. The truck looked amazing. We were so pleased that we took our 2nd vehicle in too.

Excellent Service! Vehicle was completed on time and without surprises. Highest level of communication I've ever received from a collision or service shop, which was greatly appreciated! Would definitely recommend.

3 stars for the repairs. Only 3 because they put my wife and I in danger of being stopped by the police for not having a license plate on the front bumper of the car. It had a license plate and the assembly that holds it on the bumper when it went in the shop. I'm not sure if I wanna use Service King in the future. It's my wife's choice. This is the second failure to deliver quality service. I still haven't taken my other car back to get them to make a small light in the front work. It was working when I took it in there.

This guys just don't value ppl's time. Got an appointment for a repair and they said they can't repair my car even they give me an estimate. This is plain wrong. They give a very low estimate to the insurance company and then they refuse the service bc they know they will be losing money. Just outrageous!

The completed work exceeded my expectations. I was regularly updated with progress of the repairs by text messages (as I requested). My service advisor (Ariel Nasukowicz) very professional and explained the cost and work in a detailed, easy-to-understand manner. I'm very pleased with my overall experience and would recommend Katy Service King to my friends and family.

This is my second visit with this repair shop, the first time was amazing no complaints! The second time I did encounter a couple problems, however when I addressed Corey with my problems they fixed everything in 3 days and paid for my rental during the time it was needed to fix my complaints! Overall a great shop and I do recommend them! My car looks like new.

The customer service was excellent but the work they did on my car is horrible I would not recommend this place to anybody because of this when I looked at my car in the proper lighting I had scratches and some of the work look like amateur did it, I think that they thought because my car was older model that I wouldn't care very disappointed

Tamara and Corey went over the top to make sure my car got fixed properly. Had so many bad experiences before this, and they changed my mind on repairs in general. Excellent body work done and excellent customer service. Would recommend anyone here! They even stayed after hours to make sure I got my car before 4th of July! THANK YOU!

They will be quick to claim they have honest people working with your car. They stole my cell phone charger head phones. And when I call to let them know. They just put you on hold forever and give you the run around. Make sure you note every single detail about your car or they will claim they are not responsible for items inside! I will never take a car to them again it was my first and last time!

Horrible place service king katy. We took the car for repair the front hood and they told us that it going to be ready in couple days. And they sent us emails that the car is almost done (percentages of the completion of the car were given through text daily). Come to find out nothing at all was done to the car, so we are paying renting car for a week. The man who supposed to help us was ARTURO. They told to the insurance that this car is not worthy for repair. All bunch lies. If you got a claim don't take you car at this place. ALL ARE A BUNCH LIARS.
Simply put do not come here to fix anything. For something as minor as fixing a front hood, this place handled it poorly.

I had to get my bumper replaced, there was a minor problem in the process but they fixed it immediately and did an awesome job

My car got hit in Houston on May 10th I live in San Antonio the first body shop that towed my was a nightmare so I had it towed to Service King in Katy by my insurance they would not let me tow it to San Antonio the first service writer was amazing kept in touch with me I drove back up to pick it up after a month and several things were not right the car smelled heavily of paint, the antenna was broken, there were weevils coming out of the vents, the front bumper wasnt fixed and had damage, the rear end made noise, there was a wind noise in the door, it vibrates, and has a clunk noise in the back, the vents were clicking so I drove it back to Katy for them to repair when I got there I was made aware my excellent service writer was moving to a different store the next day and someone else was handling my car the service manager was on vacation so after a week the only painted the front bumper and it has several runs chemical burns and is unacceptable they also fixed my antenna they couldnt diagnose they rear end noise although they did here it the service writer Arturo was horrible the assistant service manager Erin does not even know what services theu offer and said the couldn't do the rest and told me the had already spent enough on my rental car while trying to fix the problems I called the service manager and showed him the car he said he was happy to fix it himself I had the rear end noise diagnosed in San Antonio I called him to let him know what they had missed in fixing And he informed me he would send a 3 way email to Safeco Insurance so I could see the reply never happened I have been waitinh over 3 months repeatedly called left messages no return call by the service manger then I called insurance field rep and explained the story telling him I was unhappy with the vehicle he said I will get with the service manger and call you back I have waited 3 weeks nothing SO CUSTOMERS BEWARE THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU I am stuck with a bumper that is disgusting rear end noise vibration and a car that smells!

UPDATE:
AS OF FEBRUARY 1ST MY CAR HAS STILL NOT BEEN FIXED I WAS CONTACTED AT CHRISTMAS BY THE SERVICE MANAGER AND TOLD IT WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF THE FIRST WEEK OF THE NEW YEAR AND HE WOULD CONTACT ME AS WHEN TO BRING IT BACK TO HOUSTON THE INSURANCE REP HAS NOT CONTACTED ME IN ANY WAY I PAID TO HAVE MY CAR FIXED AND BECAUSE A MECHANIC COULDN'T NOT DIAGNOSE THE PROBLEM I AM STUCK WITH A DISGUSTING BUMPER WITH CHEMICAL BURNS AND RUNS, HUBS THAT HUM AND MAKE NOISE, MOTOR MOUNTS THAT ARE BAD SWAY BARS AND LINKS THAT MAKE NOISE AND ARE LOOSE, A DASH BOARD THAT GURGLES WHEN I DRIVE AND SOUNDS LIKE A FLOWING RIVER AND MIND YOU I WAS NICE ENOUGH TO TAKE MY CAR AND HAVE IT DIAGNOSED BY A QUALIFIED MECHANIC BACK IN AUGUST SO BEWARE THEY MAY JUST FORGET AND IGNORE YOU TO. OR YOUR CAR COULD LOOK LIKE MINE NOT FIXED SINCE MAY.

Arturo did an amazing job repairing my car. He kept me up to date with the status of my car, very professional and handled everything in a timely manner. I got my car back in perfect condition. SUPER THANKFUL!
