Professional staff, very knowledgeable, very nice, friendly and accommodating. Kept me informed of the repair as it progressed.

For sure will recommend Service King at Par Booker to all my friends and family.

The repairs have held up so far but the customer service was poor. I received a text on a Friday afternoon that my vehicle was ready. I replied that my wife and son would stop by Saturday to pick up our vehicle. I received a text saying great have a nice weekend. My wife arrived Saturday forty five minutes before they closed and was told our car was locked up in one of the bays and nobody was there to unlock the doors. Instead of calling a manager to the location to open the bay, the receptionist told my wife there was nothing she could do to help us. Very dissatisfied with their lack of customer service and will not be doing business with Service King in future.

Donathan and the team at Service King take Customer Satisfaction to another level. I was greeted warmly upon entering, the olace was clean, organized, and well maintained, the waiting area had coffee, restroom was super clean.

Donathan really listened to what I was looking for and came up with a plan that saved me so much time and money over alternatives. I feel like he treated me like a long lost cousin. I am so grateful to Service King for empowering their team to treat their customers so well.

My vehicle was hit and damaged the rear drivers side. I have used Service King in the past, but this location was new for me. I loved that the rental company was right next door and made it easy. Service King kept me informed weekly on the progress of my vehicle and had it done a week earlier than expected. I will continue to use them for their great service and exceptional customer service.

Service king does a well job but everything I pick up my vehicle I have to bring it back for something they have broken to get them to fix there mess up. There's no problem with getting them to fix it it's just that it takes so long now for them to do it.
I know the delivery system is a lot slower and I get it but it's the problem that they don't check what they have removed off parts that takes so much more time to have.to wait

I had my vehicle serviced here to have my drive door repaired and replaced. When I picked up my vehicle I had noticed that the electrical wires that are mounted to the body of the car from the drivers door was just hanging out. I brought it to the shops attention and they took it back to apply more adhesive to it in hopes it would stay. I was then told that they promise lifetime warranty on their work and if it happened again to call the shop and they would order a different adhesive to use. Well it happened again a day later and I then called the shop and was told that the technicians were not in yet but would call me back. That day came and went with no call back I called the next day again I was promised they same thing with no phone call back. I then the next day took the car into the shop and requested to see a technician about this issue and was told they were not in yet and there was nothing they could or would do for me. At this point I have yet to still receive a phone call back and getting this issue resolved and took the car back once again and was told yet again that they didn't have anyone who could look at my car to check the issue. I then told the women up front that I was very disappointed in the customer service that I was receiving and was simply give a response of oh well sorry to hear that. I would never recommend this shop to anyone and will never do business with them again.

Set up an appointment at this location weeks in advance and got called 15 minutes beforehand as I was pulling up that they would be canceling my appointment. When I asked why they told me they didn’t accept my insurance and that they wouldn’t take payments in cash when I offered to do it that way. The person on the line was unprofessional and seemed not to care that I lost a day of work due to their lack of customer service and attention to detail.

Service King on Pat Booker is literally the best ️️️ My husband and I got into an accident the beginning of the year (2022) and our car was sent to them to be fixed. They kept in contact with us about everything that was done and when the parts came in and when it was done. They went above and beyond to make sure our transportation was how it was before we got into our accident. (I forgot everyone’s names I’m sorry) I want to thank everyone at service king that made us feel at ease leaving our transportation with them to get it fixed.

This Service King location is very unprofessional, at the request of USAA i took my vehicle to this place for an estimate and repairs.that was last Friday when took my vehicle in for the estimate. I haven't received any thing from them. I called and the representative said ill message them and they will send it today.again nothing.how can I trust you with my repairs when you can't handle paperwork.

I scheduled an appointment to have my car evaluated on a Saturday, only to have been told was there is no tech scheduled on Saturdays. Matt came out to take pictures of my vendor damage, only to be told I'd have to schedule "Another" appointment, 4 weeks out, to get an actual estimate on any frame damage. I called the Mgr.on Monday to complain and she told me that Matt was new employee and not know the procedure. She was no help at ALL. She kept reading a script about their policy. She was not sorry about my disappointment nor waste of time.
I used this same location 4 years ago, with a high satisfaction level, only to have this horrible experience.

Car went in for repair on Jan 9th with a completion date of Feb 11th, 2022. Today is February 14th and I had To call them to find out what is going on with my car. I’ve been in contact because I have Called during the process. First was told they would be done early, (week before it was due) that didn’t happen so I let It go, then Friday (the completion due date) I called To see if I could Pick up the car and it wasn’t done. They told me in the beginning that they would be communicating and letting me know what was going on with my car throughout the process. My car was taken apart before I even Signed paperwork granting them permission to work on it, so once I read Reviews and wasn’t sure I wanted Them working on it it was kinda too late to turn back. This has been nothing short of a headache through this whole process. The lack of communication is extremely frustrating. Seems like everyone just blames everyone and no one really knows what’s going on there. Definitely do your research there and read other collision shops reviews before deciding.

Wonderful experience at this location, I was informed throughout the process & vehicle was delivered days before expected, loved the customer service & communication from Jevhon, she’s definitely a huge asset to Service King!
