I drive out of my way to utilize this shop. They are always helpful, friendly and don’t gouge this Ol’ teacher.

Manager Tony and his team provided quick, professional and top notch service! I had a full service oil change, AC recharge and full state inspection completed in a span of about 30 minutes! The manager was very courteous and not pushy when it came to recommending additional maintenance services. As a side note, I have previously been to this location and had my brakes serviced and a full tune up of my vehicle all of which I was pleased with the work done! I highly recommend using ServiceOne Automotive for all of your routine vehicle maintenance needs!

Went on for a state inspection and was out in under 10 minutes. Quick, polite, conveniently located.

Went in for the State Inspection of our Chevy Traverse. We were impressed with the speed of service and professionalism of the staff.

Cody and the gang were extremely helpful when I had a Catastrophic failure of the driver side caliper. They stayed until after close to get my truck back on the road

Took 5-10 mins for state inspection on a Saturday. Employees were wearing masks even while in the garage area.

I've been bringing vehicles in for over 15 years.
I have been very happy in my dealings with them.
They are very honest and will give me cheaper alternatives. Daughter once asked for synthetic oil. Manager came over and told us for her car, that it was unnecessary.
They might recommend something but don't pressure you if you decline or postpone.

Had to get a inspection on my vehicle went to where I usually go they were not doing inspection till February 4 so I went up the street and they did my inspection quick and informed me of other things they recommend for me to get done thanks

This shop has improved so much since taken over by kwik car. Think I found my shop to take care of my cars

I went in for an oil change and state inspection today. Only one out of at least three people working there were wearing a mask at all. Another man was wearing one below his nose which is completely pointless. Another man who was not wearing a mask was the one who opened the door from the shop to the waiting room to talk to me. He was also the one who drove my car back to me, without a mask at all. I am so disappointed that they were not following CDC guidelines. I need to get the same services done to our other car this weekend and will not be going to Service One Pflugerville.

Employees were super friendly and took care of my inspection and dead battery quickly and efficiently. Great!
