SERVPRO of Kingwood, Humble, Lake Houston

This is a horrible company and a scam! Do not use this compa ny, they create more damage and repair nothing, using only fans and heater, and not even draining waterheater or even checking that water is off! Then they harrass clients after insurance wont pay their scam prices. The reply they added is a complete Lie! There was no broken glass or blood, they cut a whole in my floor and left causing more damages and broken pipes. Just goes to show how they lie and scam people.

Great remediation. Clean Up very good as well as painting and repairs. Replacing floor has not been so good. 2 weeks to get floor started and still not done.

Drying out crew was great, the packaging ladies was super, the gutting guys was great, but the supervisor Carlos on the restoration crew was horrible communication is just not him. Traci strong points want ever use that department again sorry

They did great. They arrived quickly. Pulled up the carpet around the edges and put their equipment in each room. I would use them again with no worries.

You were too busy to help me when I needed you and did not respond in good time to tell me that. I went with a different company with which I was very satisfied.

Non-professional management. Lies upon lies upon lies from management. Totally unreliable company. Would put zero or a negative five if it was allowed.

I hired Servpro in March, 2021. I had water damage and lots of black mold from a pipe break. The primary bedroom was gutted, most of the closet and bathroom were as well. The team that worked at my house were respectful of me and my belongings. If I had a question, I usually had answer in less than half an hour. The office also helped with my insurance company. I highly recommend Servpro.

The guys that responded were very professional, polite and fast. They were also very honest. There was no damage and they let me know no further action was needed.

My moms house was flooded during a freeze. Several pipes burst in the house. Serve Pro was very responsive and helped us get my moms house back in livable condition.

They were knowledgeable and responded to my needs and did not complete the job until it was completely restored.
