SERVPRO of North Irving, Dallas TX

Would rate zero if possible. 1st contacted them Feb 2021 for water damage due to freeze. Kitchen tear down & POD packup conducted by Servpro team from CA. House contained asbestos which had to be removed. Contacted Servpro of N Irving to complete rebuild on 7/2/21. Received estmate 7/22/21. No work started & many phone calls later a new inspection completed 12/2/21. Finally received new estimate 4/11/22. Discussed estimate with Taylor 4/15/22. She was to revise estimate but wanted us go ahead & sign the contract. The contract showed the unrevised dollar amount. RED FLAGS - VERY UNETHICAL. Taylor never contacted me again or submitted the revised estimate. My last contact with them was 7/6/22. Very unresponsive, most phone calls not returned. They had more than a year to complete the work & did nothing. If they didn't want the work they should have said so. I changed companies & the work is being done now. In reading response below I can provide dated details of attempted contacts & conversations.

Servpro Crew answered my call in the middle of the storm. They were great in customer Service. They came to my house and took care of the flood as soon as possible. It was very cold inside my house because the electricity was out. The technicians got the work done and explained everything they were doing. They completed our job start to finish with no complaints. They worked with my insurance adjuster every step of the way! Thank you Servpro! We finally get to move back into our home!

My AC leaked and flooded my house. Servpro arrived on time to save my base boards and walls from being replaced. They used the equipment necessary to help save our house from water damage. They were considerate and work around my schedule. We had to change our floors because they were hardwood, luckily we have new floors. I hope I never have to go through this experience again but if I do I will not think twice about calling them. My stressful days become easier because of their accessibility. Thank you for helping us!

Servpro took care of my house when I couldn't. I had 3 rooms full of mold. They came out and took care of it professionally. Ronal and his crew took care of it and 2 days later the smell was gone. Thank you for helping me out in this hard time

They came to help our community during a disaster and left us feeling worse. Made us pay and sign papers so they could spray for mold and set up an energy guzzling dehumidifier and then no response. Running for 30 days and checked once. Could not get estimates for further services, could not get any straight answers by phone. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
DO NOT RECOMMEND throwing your money and faith away. Worst business I have ever dealt with. Would give NEGATIVE stars.

Very professional and empathetic staff. So grateful for Lori and Ashley and the rest of the crew as they worked with our insurance and got our entire water damage job approved, even the repairs part. Best in Dallas by far.

They were there on time and great customer service and the gentleman that did the estimate was very professional and explained everything, also provided some very useful information. I will definitely use them if ever needed and referred them to others.

We had one of there people come to are place today and was very honest with us and didnt try take advantage and say there wasnt any more and no signs very thankful for honesty.

I will sing the praises of ServPro to any one who will listen. They do something very rare these days - they value their customer by listening to their concerns, then respecting their needs. We had a mold problem that required quite a bit of dismantling and removing. Obstacles were encountered, and each was met with appropriate professional response. Of particular help was Chuck Hutchins who went above and beyond to be sure we were satisfied.

Cannot spell name correctly on items labeled that were brought back. Items were damaged when brought back. Disorganized.

Always late and hard to reach. They spam you with phone calls to ask you to pay but they don't even finish their job. Person on the phone was rude.

If you see nothing else of this review just know this: If you are asking yourself, "Should I call Servpro of North Irving? " the answer is yes. You should call Servpro of North Irving.

To add a little more detail, in November we discovered that our closet was full of water. Also, our neighbor had disappeared in the middle of the night - I mean gone. Every stick of furniture, as if by magic, had vanished. The only thing left behind was a hole in the upstairs plumbing, which poured enough water to collapse the floor below, dumping water into the entire first floor like a very undesirable indoor waterfall. This eventually flooded the first floor and, as physics would have it, brought water through the wall and into our apartment. Our apartment manager, sadly, was not impressed and despite a lot of emails, phone calls, etc, nothing was done. I was out of options so I just called Servpro.

TJ came out for a free inspection at exactly the scheduled time, knew everything there was to know about water damage / mold, and was generous with his time and expertise. He explained what should have been done initially and what could be done now. In the end, he applied a spray of Sporocidin right then and there - as part of the free inspection. The moldy smell is gone and we can live in our apartment for a few more months.

Thank you TJ and thank you Servpro. If I find myself in a similar situation again, I know who I'll be calling first thing.

Great company and they do an awesome job. Loved working for them best week EVER. They paid me good and treated me like family. The job was FUN and I got to help Tornado victims. I bonded with a customer and we still keep in touch. I would work for this company again in a heartbeat. Thank you ServePro for one of the best and most rewarding temp jobs I ever had. And the employees are friendly knowledgeable taught me so much and helpful also extremely professional.
