SERVPRO of Northeast San Antonio reviews
15The ServPro team showed up when I was told they would and check for times each day to come by and check the progress of the water mitigation efforts. Very personable and polite and did a great job.
So first impressions matter. When I greeted your employees at my door the first thing the guy in charge asked me was if I “had any guns or jewelry that I d like to remove from my house before they started”. Why would anyone ask that? I asked for service so why would I be a threat to him? But I just said no and proceeded. Now a few days later the dehumidifier was leaking and they said they get there later in the day. So this machine is leaking and I hired you guys to clean up water to prevent further damage. I asked to have the equipment removed from my house and stop the mitigation. As he took his time to remove the leaking dehumidifier it leaked all the way down the stairs and the kitchen and entry room. I just felt like this person had no sense of urgency or sense of caring for my property. As they left they still Decided to test the walls and said they were mostly dry, but I decided to pull up the vinyl flooring and found water damage.
Thank goodness for Servpro! So organized, efficient, accommodating- they really took care of everything in our stressful situation. Highly recommend. We are so grateful!
The guys were real professional and knew what they were doing anyone who needs water clean up definitely call them
Office was torn apart, didn't even finish what they were doing, looks worst than water damage, half way tore up one of my offices, tore up another that didn't have damage. What a mess, definitely not like commercials
Very pleased. Excellent communication. Prompt. They got the job done and kept me in the loop the entire process.
Our insurance recommended Serv Pro to us to mitigate water from a bursted boiler. First they were late to the job and when they came, they did not check for humidity or open the walls and ceilings. They said it was late and they have other jobs. They left blowers to dry the walls. They came the following three days but each time to check the blowers without opening up the water soaked walls. They also had me sign documents without explaining what they were. Then they came back and told me they had asked me to sign the wrong documents. We finally complained that no work has been done and that I don't even have copies of what I signed. Eventually they tore down so walls so that the blowers can actually get to the parts of wall that are wet. It was a waste of time. Serv Pro charged us about $3000 for an incomplete job. We called another company and they said there was still significant wet parts. We feel scammed by Serv Pro. Please save yourself time and money by avoiding Serv Pro.
I've used ServePro twice, the prior time was a different branch. I was impressed by professionalism the first time - not this time. They failed to even turn on the dehumidifier on the day they set up the equipment. When I signed everything electronically, I asked about copies. I was told they'd be emailed to me. I attempted to verify the email, and the guy said, oh, it's not on that page. He did nothing to find it and verify it, and, I did not receive the documents. The crew that came on the final day was much friendlier and had a clearer understanding of customer service. However, I'm not confident the readings were taken accurately and that the slab is dried.
Very professional, friendly and efficient. Was very happy with the service provided by Servpro and highly recommend them!
I fix the leak like they told me. Then they sent two plumbers cause some fosset had to be replac but they didn't complete the job. The adjustors now does not return my calls.
Ian and John Henry arrived and began the process, exhibiting knowledge, courtesy and professionalism. It continued daily for the 7 days required to clean up water damage from my washer drain leak. This is my 2nd time with the ServPro group. They did a remediation in my RV coach years ago. Thanks to Cindy for keeping us all on schedule!
Tech was totally not professional. First his dress was more of a street thug. Next he missies our appointment and went home instead. We used you in the past this thin this tech was a poor representative of your business
I would like to thank ms Kristen Tatko for her professionalism. I believe you went out of your way to insure I understood all aspects of my transactions and was extremely helpful.you are a credit to your company. Thanks again.
The company inspected my property. I removed the baseboards and water from the floor in the bathroom and treated the area for mold. So when the technician arrived the area was cleared.
