3I strongly encourage anyone to avoid this company. They came to mitigate water damage and then essentially forced me to use them to repair the floor after I had already contracted with someone else. While the work itself was fine, the owner was regularly rude and condescending, they damaged several items in my home while completing the job, and returned over a year later saying I owed more money.
Alison is amazing! I had some mold issues in a home that I was renting and Alison reach out to me right away to see how they could help my situation. Alison and her team provide excellent customer service and I would highly recommend Servpro of Richardson to anyone I know!
