Flood remediation. Oh the bill went straight to insurance so I am sure they were extra anyway expensive but I was pleased with my experience they were kind and courteous and tried to do a good job

Jose and his entire team were amazing. Experiencing a flood and fire within 24hrs is traumatic but there were amazing. Work was done quickly and with great attention to detail. Although I hope I will never need to use the services again.should the situation arise I will not hesitate to contact Jose and his team.

EDIT: Let me help you. This was definitely your team! Our house flooded and your team came out “1 guy with a moister meter” and first asked who our insurance was. I did not know instantly and your tech did his job. The SP tech went to his truck and wrote up an estimate and said everything was good to go. I finally figured out we had all state at the time and your tech was like deer in headlights. All the sudden I was responsible for 20k in damages according to Servepro. Being a preferred vendor is great but when crooked things happen like this and you are exposed? It comes as a package deal. Thanks

Jose and The Team at ServPro helped me get my home back together after coming home and finding water flowing into the garage. He assured me that he would take care of everything and get my home dried out in 3 - 5 days. He was diligent and checked back on the drying process every day. 4 days later and my home is dry, and I'm back to life as normal. Dave Fournier (Servpro Reconstruction Superintendent) and all of Dave's workers did an outstanding job on everything. Dave was very easy to work with, was respectful, and very professional in everything he did. Workers were there early every morning and worked late into some evenings. The job was completed in 5 weeks with new beautiful kitchen cabinets, new flooring, new doors, and paint throughout the house.

Servpro were prompt and efficient. We woke up to standing water @ 5: 30 am on a Sunday. They were out within an hour. They had the demo and fans installed that same day. Documented everything and worked well with my insurance adjuster.

Our mini flood happened around 9pm and ServPro came immediately and got everything under control. They explained the process and even met with our insurance adjuster. Great job.

I like many others had considerable water damage to my home in the February 2021 freeze. My home was flooded because of several pipes bursting. Serv Pro of Frisco came in and did everything necessary to have my home looking like new again. They have wonderful people on staff. They kept me informed every step of the way. They were always there to answer my questions, they stayed within my claim budget and made certain that I was absolutely satisfied with what they were doing. I could not have asked for more. Their ability to communicate with The homeowner is excellent, their willingness to meet with insurance adjusters in helping to determine the extent of damages is unsurpassed. I think their work ethic is amazing. The customer’s satisfaction is their number one priority. I highly recommend them.

I called them at 7pm September 8th and was told I’d get a call from a technician within an hour. Called back an hour later and they told me the same thing and that they will let them know it’s my second time calling. Ended up falling asleep with my ringer on. Woke up at 4am on September 9th and they still hadn’t called. So I called them again. This time same thing a technician will reach out and they will let them know it’s my third time calling. It’s now almost 5am and still no call.

EDIT: bumping up a star as they did get ahold of me and sent a tech out, however I already contacted a different servepro that showed up first. Apparently all servepros are independently owned. I was unaware so felt bad the guy came out.

I recently inherited a house that had been locked up, for several years. I noticed that there was mold on the counter tops and interior doors. I gave Jacob, a call and he came out right away. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He discovered that there were vents, on the outside of the house that had covers on them not allowing the house to vent properly. In just one short week the house was as good as new. No major damage, just needed a little TLC.

We had a major mishap with the grinding of tile in our home which resulted in tile dust everywhere. It was horrific! However, I reached out to ServPro of South Frisco/The Colony and they were absolutely fantastic. Taylor assisted me immediately by sending someone out to access the situation and to provide a bid to us within the hour. She then scheduled a crew to come and do the clean up the very next day! It was simply amazing. George was the crew leader, and he had his team did an absolutely outstanding job of restoring our home back to normal. They worked diligently throughout the entire day cleaning every room affected by the tile dust. They all took great pride in their work, and George taught us so much about the process involved. The bright spot to our day of disaster were the people involved with this company. We highly recommend them. They were all just wonderful. We again send our sincere thanks to all of them for their quickness, professionalism, and kindness during this whole ordeal.
