Shane and his team are five stars. I had a water leak in my utility room - I called late afternoon on Monday, and the team was at my house, as promised, at 8: 30 on Tuesday morning. They were efficient and thorough. They cleaned up the water, removed the doors and baseboards, dried under and behind the walls. And they came back twice to check for any remaining moisture before removing the fans and driers on Friday. They also carefully moved, cleaned and replaced the bench and utility racks that were in the room when it flooded. All in all, competent and professional. As a homeowner, you hope never to need these services, but I am glad that I called on Shane for help when I did need help.

We have been very pleased with the service and attention we received from Servpro following a fire in our building, which caused us to be dislocated for two years. When we were ready to return, Servpro made numerous trips to deliver our things as needed. Also their price was reasonable.

Excellent service! Actually came out on Christmas Day to immediately begin remediation of water damage. Quality owners who you can trust to be fair, honest and finish the job to your satisfaction.

The gentlemen from ServPro were so polite and helpful. They bent over backwards to help in any way they could. They knew that insurance wasn’t paying for my issue, so they offered to tell my contractor how to do some of the remediation (that ServPro would otherwise have done) to help costs. I was so impressed (and so was my contractor) with how much guidance and help they were willing to give. They were exceedingly pleasant and polite the entire time.
