Jeff was our service guy. He was amazing! Very good at his job. Cleaned up the mess from demolition of taking out walls and bathtub. Brought in 3 fans and a humidifier to dry up the flooring from a water leak and came out everyday to check on things. Very polite, nice guy and on time.

I had never used ServPro before and I have to say this experience was far beyond what I had imagined. Due to the big freeze in February our church sustained damage from a pipe that burst in our kitchen, 5000 gallons of water flooded the church before it was shut off.
The call for help went out and Servpro responded and sent Dakota and his team to help. What a professional group of folks, work is going smoothly and absolutely nothing negative to report from this company. If you have to use Servpro ask for Dakota by name, he will hook you up.

Our church, Azle Christian Church, flooded due to pipe bursting during the extreme cold weather in February. Called ServPro West Ft Worth as they were a member of the Azle Chamber of Commerce. Dakota Kirkpatrick was assigned to our claim and he was a true blessing! He walked us through the process as we have not experienced anything like this before - 90% of the church flooded. He was very professional, was calm when we were anxious, always kept us advised of what was going on and what the next step was. We are extremely pleased with the performance of Dakota and ServPro, so much so, that we are also having them do the restoration. ServPro - Dakota and his team proves they are truly service professionals. We are deeply grateful to them!

We came home from the holidays to an exploded water heater and about 3 inches standing water in our entire house. Chris from servpro became a hero in our home. He answered all of our questions and helped us through the entire process of drying out our home. We will for sure being using them again for emergencies like these!

Aaron S.and his team handled the water restoration cleanup and mold mitigation with 28 pieces of equipment and made our home livable throughout this first step of the process for our water disaster. We highly recommend them.

We had a mold issue in our master closet and ServPro did an incredible job removing and cleaning it for us. Aaron was very thorough in explaining everything and patiently answered all our questions. I had Servpro out today to help sanitize and clean an overflown bathroom. They were here within an hour and were incredibly professional. Aaron was excellent and left us a feeling of comfort. He was a true professional and turned a high anxiety situation into a situation were we could breath again having the comfort of mind. I’d hire Aaron and Servpro again in a heartbeat. Save yourself the time trying to call around and get someone scheduled during a stressful situation and call Servpro. They did a great job and were more than reasonable.

After a rough start with a 1 star review, the owner, Albert, contacted me and reviewed my experience, situation, and needs. He assigned a new team to my job with Luke as the team leader. I believe in second chances and was not disappointed. Albert checked in with me everyday as well as Luke. The team that restored my bathrooms back to whole were professional, experienced, friendly, and provided quality work. I was treated with respect and care. My bathrooms have been restored to the exact way they were. The team dealt compassionately with me and checked in with me on every detail to ensure I was pleased. And they did not disappoint. Kudos to Albert and Luke and the entire team that restored me back to whole. This company and Luke’s team has been a pleasure to work with, even going out of their way to assist me with issues that arose (through no fault of theirs) during the restoration process.
I will be using Servpro in the future for carpet cleaning, air duct cleanings, and any other services they offer should the needs arise.
