Seven Mile Cafe, Mesquite TX

I enjoyed my experience at this cafe! I went for my 21st birthday/Mother’s day celebration with my sister and mama. Our server was Shedron she made sure we had everything we needed and gave us great service! I am definitely adding this to my breakfast spots to eat at and recommending it to my family! The food was delicious and it was a good amount of food that I even had some leftover. Beautiful restaurant as well!

I came to seven café to celebrate Mother’s Day, and had an amazing time. The food was great. Plenty of vegan options. Shedron was amazing. She was very attentive and professional. We will be back.

This place was awful, the service was the worst ever. Non caring management! We sat at the bar, dirty dish water was pored over mixing cups and not rinsed off. The barrista never rinsed any of the cups, she just kept using dirty mixing cups. Very disappointing!

I found the Seven Mile Cafe while visiting Mesquite and was pleasantly welcomed by attentive staff! Our server, Shedron, was fantastic and made our dining experience unforgettable. The food was delicious and their lattes and coffee options were varied. Great vegan options as well!

First time at seven mile cafe and just as we were ordering waitress had an actitud. She was also not done helping my table and she was already taking other table order. They served a pancake and forgot the syrup it took a while and pancake was getting cold by the time they brought the syrup. Employees have to been trained to serve faster and more importantly customer service to be more polite.

Food is good, service is fine. Kitchen is painfully slow. 45 minutes from the time we ordered to when we received our food, and the restaurant was only 2/3 full. Would not recommend.

Nice size portions! Food was amazing. Hash browns we’re bland, even with salt and pepper. I love potatoes so I was disappointed, I order the scrambler so I was looking forward to the potatoes. All in all still great.

Let me just start out with if I could give negative stars I would. We sat at the bar and witnessed the most disgusting run of a bar that I have ever seen. The bar was nasty and not only that all the bar utensils that were used were placed in the sink and never washed, all the used cups of water and drinks left from customers were poured over the dirty dishes then grabbed and used to make other drinks never to be washed. We waited over an hour for food that never showed up before we got up and walked out in disgust. Talked to management and voiced our concerns and was basically told it was a busy morning. I would NOT recommend visiting this restaurant.

My husband and I came here for our 6 year anniversary and it was amazing! The food was delicious, the portions are huge! Our waitress Shedron made sure we were taken care of! She was so sweet and made our experience 100x better ️ Very much our new breakfast spot ️?

Denton location review. Stopped at this restaurant in between baseball games. This place was great! We got seated quickly. Clean bathrooms. The food was amazing! Highly, highly recommend!

Nice atmosphere for breakfast, brunch or lunch. We had a small wait for seating, due to them not having a host. But once we were seated, Yolanda, our waitress, was very attentive and made great suggestions. FYI, do not get a stack of pancakes! You will be eating them for 3 days! They are delicious, but HUGE! The hash browns are the best I have ever had at a restaurant. The scrambled eggs portions are small, but fluffy. We spent quite a bit, more than we planned on for breakfast, but it was so much we wanted to try on the menu. Although we did not try any of the vegan options, there were many to choose from. I will definitely go back and hopefully have Yolanda again!

Overpriced for quality. Hash browns have odd flavor. Bacon was chewy. Cinnamon bun was cold and dry. For $24, there are better, cheaper options in the area.

The food is not worth the price tag. I was disappointing to pay an additional $8 for a drizzle of cream and fruit on my French toast. In my case I didn’t know that there’s such a high up charge and the waitress’s didn’t mention it. The average for a meal and a drink is around $25-$30 per person. I would consider this place if going with a party of 4 or more. My sister ended taking all her food to go since she didn’t like it at all, will definitely not go back again.

Me and my family went this past weekend because the reviews and a family member said the food was delicious. The food was absolutely delicious however the poor rating is for the service and time and pricing was a bit expensive. It took 45 min to get a chocolate milk for my son and over 20 min for our waitress to get our order and drinks. She was horrific and I understand sometimes the wait can be long when it’s busy on a Sunday but it was ridiculous. When my boyfriend tried to talk to her she ignored him multiple times and would not come to our table. He finally got to ask her what was taking too long she automatically said let me get my manager instead of taking ownership of her poor service.the manager was nice and offered us a discount and gift card which really wasn’t what we wanted but it’s a shame because the food was really delicious. I’m hoping to try them again and get better service.

I love this place is amazing the amount of food and the fact the you can get tons of vegan options ️ priceless! Kathelyn was nice and warm making sure everything in our table was right and always checking on us. Pet friendly and every goody delicious. My family is so happy that we can enjoy a place like this one.

Nice place for a breakfast joint, although it is a bit off the beaten path. The selections are great but a tad bit overpriced. Not much more flavor than a waffle house or Cracker Barrel. The oat milk latte did it for me though and the server was exceptionally nice. You’ll spend at least $20 or more per person for sure.
