Maintenance always completes my requests the day I put them in. I appreciate the maintenance team for all they do.

I must say this place has come a long way from a few years ago! The pool is maintained consistently, it wasn't closed frequently as it has been in years past. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner and Management has improved immensely. Ashley has been the best one to work with hands down in years! She's played a major part in my decision to renew my lease, once again. Hope she never leaves!

This is the best place I’ve ever lived in my entire life. The staff is amazing and anytime. I have any complaint on anything they fix it fast. They work with me on my rent and are so kind to all of my request. I highly suggest living here, you won’t regret it!

This is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Kelly is an absolute nightmare to work with. I paid to leave this place early because of how bad it was.

Absolutely have ADORED living here. Been here two years! Kelly the manager is VERY quick to respond, the whole team is so very sweet. Maintenance is on top of everything! The neighborhood is very friendly as well! Highly recommend

After living here for 1 year, I wish i went with a different complex. I couldn't wait to move out of here. They have nice amenities but most of that is broken 80% of the time. Nice gym, but for 10 of the 12 months i was here, all cardio equipment was down for repair. Rules are not enforced here. Kids under age are constantly in gym breaking equipment. The "2 guest limit" at the pool is never accurate as friends of the staff will have groups of 20 playing very loud music, regardless of who else is at the pool. They also entice potential residents with saying they are opening a "Mediterranean Restaurant" on the property in the coming months. That is what they said during my walk through and that building was never touched for the year i was here. Staff, management (lower/higher) do not care about the residents until you put in a notice to move out. I contacted corporate a few weeks before i moved in about a few questions that could not be answered by the incompetent staff, and i was never contacted back after leaving voicemails. 2 more separate times i tried to contact corporate and never heard back. 45 minutes after submitting my 60-day notice, Corporate contacted me asking what they could do to change my mind. Avoid this complex at all costs.

Property Manager was excellent, the customer service was precise and incredible to work with.

I cannot wait to move in! I toured this weekend and it felt like home immediately when I walked in! The staff stood up to great me and listened to all my needs. The amenities were all clean and inviting! The apartment they found me was upscale and spacious with a really pretty view! I’m so excited! Cannot wait to get my keys!

We been here for a few years not may problems or things have broke but maintenance has fixed pretty fast! All staff has been great to us! Thank you for everything!

Karen was wonfeful and polite but when I first applied I got denied even after I explain my credit is a work in progress and was encouraged to still apply not a big deal as I knew it was possible to be denied my problem I have is that a couple week later after moving on and fining other housing accommodations I was contacted but a leasing agent Sarah I do believe and was informed of a program that could help me get into their complex I wanted a yard for my dogs and I love the wylie area so I applied through that program was approved contact the apartment and they were moving forward with everything not once during any other these phone calls that I was doing during my work day was it ever mentioned that they don't work with denied applications so they called the program and informed them to stop the leasing agreement the leasing office NEVER contacted me back I had to call them after getting the email from the program stating the admin has voided the agreement.it was poor management practices on the leasing office and its something they should work on and be educated about in the future before contacting any people

Can't wait to move out this month! This apartment complex has gone DOWNHILL since my initial move in back in July 2021. The maintenance and lack of awareness of what basic housekeeping needs to be done is sad! I DO NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone. It is overpriced and as a current resident, I can't believe how much things have gone DOWNHILL.

I love Kieran and Ashley at the front office, they are so helpful and sweet. I am so in love with my new home. Thank you Kieran and Ashley.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Seventy8 & Westgate. Working from home I have asked to use the conference room for a different scenery a couple times and loved it! Quiet and family oriented place to live. If my family wasn't growing I'd continue my stay.

Staff (especially Ashley) attended to all my needs and was always friendly and professional!

Wonderful community, great appearance, great staff. Always friendly and helpful. Any issues that arise are addressed in a timely manner. Would recommend anyone looking for apartments to check here
