Seville Apartment Homes reviews
12Great place to stay. Wonderful park if you have dogs. Didn’t have any problems and would stay again.
The issue was taken care of, but it seems that every week I'm having more issues with my apartment, i would like some to contact me so I can give them a list of the issues for this week.
Still waiting on being helped. Usually takes a week or 2 to actually get seen and maintenance Usually shows up out of nowhere where I am already away to work so.yeah not sure why y'all asking for feedback when there hasn't been anything done.
The Office Staff is amazing! Friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are answered quickly. Been here seven years. To seven more
I lived there for about 2 1/2 years and never had a problem! Any complaints were addressed immediately! All staff are wonderful, caring and professional! I loved every minute of living there. Just moved this weekend and already miss it! Highly recommend!
If you get a unit anywhere near the basketball
/ tennis courts you will not get sleep. Noise and amenity access are not regulated so often people bring all their family/ friends and drink/ play sports till 3am.
Work orders are the worst, I’ve asked 5-10 times for certain issues to get resolved. They added amenities no one asked for and raised the rent. Great location just terrible management Adriana or Angela whatever the managers name is doesn’t care and is rude. Literally new management could make this place 4 stars. Plus they kicked out section 8 so get ready for higher prices ye old gentrification at its finest
Great place to live. We love the dog park. It allows us time with the pet, and the renovation is awesome. You should live here.
Whenever we've had a problem which was not often, our issues were resolved in a timely fashion. I also order sea moss and when it comes in Alexis is so sweet that she puts it in the fridge for me. Thanks for all your help
I have lived in Seville for about a year and have really enjoyed it. The staff and maintenance are helpful and friendly. The new management has spruced up the place with fresh paint, landscaping, outdoor workout equipment, key pad entry on the doors, hammocks, etc. We like our neighbors. The place is older and therefore has some quirks, but for the price we feel we've found a gem.
Friendly and helpful staff. Good location. Safe community. Rent is reasonable. Maintenance staff always respond quickly. Highly recommend The Seville for you and your family!
I have lived here almost 6 yrs. For the most part, I've had very few problems. I would say my biggest problem has been a leak under my kitchen sink. It would build up and leak out thru the back of the cabinet onto my living room floor. I've had this happen twice. Both times maintenence has attempted to resolve it. Other than that, I've had no problems.
Place was sold to another company and they have made visual improvements. Dog park improved, parcel lockers are convenient, pool area nicer, signage more contemporary, but safety not as efficient, no more security officer on site, car thefts increased. Quality of residents seems to have declined. Seeing more people leaving their empty beer and liquor bottles and cups in pool area and surrounding area as well as people working on their cars in parking lots. Trash receptacles sometimes overflowing with mattresses or old furniture. People that don't live here walk on to pickle ball and basketball area. This in not a gated community. Rent is increasing, but probably still lower than most surrounding areas. Maintenance to units is responsive and friendly. Office staff helpful and friendly.
