Nothing but positive comments here. Dropped my vehicle off for my appointment on Aug 16th, for a check engine light and had been placed as priority due to scheduling issues from June. Pedro took care of me that morning and said it was listed as priority and would be looked at within 5 business days and depending on what was discovered it could take up to 45 days to repair. I received a call later that after from Cathy explaining what the technician had found and that the part was in-stock and they would have my vehicle repaired and ready to go by end of day. Not only did they repair the issue, they also completed an oil and filter change along with a cabin filter change and still had my vehicle completed in the same day. This is some of the best service I have received in West Texas. I can't say enough good things about this service department.

A huge thank you to Shop technician Danny Tillman who went out of his way to check my tires! He didn’t have to but he did and did it with a smile! Very positive attitude! I appreciate it so much since I’m headed to go get my kids and wanted to make sure they were safe to drive on!

If I could provide “0” stars for the service/parts department I would. Shop said they didn’t blow the electrical system on my Yukon… the local mechanic shop found otherwise. This on top of the fact that they kept my family vehicle close to 40 days and would not apply a warranty. Wouldn’t work with the GMC dealership we bought it from and wouldn’t return calls. Save your time and money and go over to B&L or Pete’s. Not worth your time if your trying to get something worked on. They wouldn’t transfer the vehicle to Odessa after consistently giving excuses. It took us taking it to another GMC shop and told from the Andrews facility that they weren’t responsible for any malfunctions or damage while in their shop. Yeah. Save your time and more importantly money.

Everything was straight forward no hidden fees or charges, salesman was great on showing all features of car and took great care of us

I sent my car in for checking on a service suspension system and they came back with $6700 in repairs needed on a vehicle I’ve had for a year and 3 mos. They seemed like the prices were high and they were trying to fix more than needed. They also while it was in there said my AC wasn’t working and needed a module. Now I have no AC in the front of the Yukon.

Had warranty work done. The service department was vague about the problem they found and what they did to correct the issue. Employees there are not very friendly!

Decent considering it was distant purchase sight unseen from Florida. Staff was patient with the process which must have been a bit of challenge given Florida's extra laws relative to Texas and the finance switch we made. Vehicle is still in transit for delivery and Staff has remained in touch sending photos and paperwork accordingly. Much appreciated.

Pedro, Trish, and Cassie are amazing! The customer service they provide is TOP NOTCH, as soon as you walk into the store you’re greeted by Ms. Josefine, she politely walks you over to Service and everyone is always smiling and willing to help! I will NEVER have my vehicles serviced anywhere else! Sewell’s family and hometown feel is amazing! Keep up the good work!

I have made multiple calls about picking up a truck from this location. Only for those class to go to voice-mail or be transferred over and over again. The only reason I even give this place 2 stars is due to one amazing sales person Giovanni who is the only person to ever return my calls. If Giovanni isn't there good luck ever getting ahold of anyone in sales. Do not recommend getting a truck here unless you use Giovanni.

So far the problem is fixed, had point of contact calling us about the issue, took longer than expected.

A big issue is that this Yukon had to be driving to Andrews, TX to be service which is fine BUT when we picked it up when done in Odessa, TX the Yukon had gas light ON when we picked it up & it had plenty of fuel when Sewell picked it up from our house! Other than that it was convenient that Sewell offered a loaner SUV. Thanks

The mechanic Danny was so great, and he was so friendly and explained everything to me with a lot of detail. I appreciate him speaking to me with confidence that I would understand because as a woman a lot of times when you take your car in, they treat you like you don't know what they are talking about. So great job everyone was professional and up front an honest about everything.

Very very difficult to get anyone to answer or return your calls In service department I left msg for managers as well and nvr wld get a call back very poor communication

I had a great experience with them they worked with me so I could get a vechile. Mr. Gonzales was awesome. I definitely recommend him. He will work with you, and he will do his best to get you into a vechile. I'm super happy he helped me!

Tech and rep kept insisting we don't know how to operate the ac and heater system. Saying we didn't have the ac button on or we didn't have it off. That's not the case and they kept insisting nothing is wrong with the ac and heater system. Anyways I'll be using a different chevy service location in the future. And getting into a ford ASAP.

The service was great i was informed on how the job was going and the time it would take i had a front windshield replaced and a tune up picked up car then check engine lite came on showing code for camshaft position sensor soon will be fixed from shop in town then youngest son can use the car to start working needs a safe dependable car to start his life we love chevy cars and trucks thank you for helping us
