We needed some diagnostic work done on our infinity QX80. They wanted to change twice to determine the issue. $500 before they did anything. Not going to happen. My sister recommended them, and although they were extremely nice, they quoted me 13k to fix my car. Found out later that it was supposed to be 3k to 8k. Still don't have the answers I need, and I am poorer than yesterday.
