I love the way Dr. Lockhart is so attentive and gives you the best care possible. His staff is the best, they treat you like family. Kudos to Kim and Carolyn who do everything to make your smile awesome. Love this place.

I was able to return to work after a cleaning, bridge and crown installation. These three procedures were completed in under 2 hours. I returned to the office after the procedure with no numbness nor pain. This is revolutionary dentistry for busy professionals. Dr Justin Washington and his staff are first class.

My mom and dad get their dental work done here. After moving back to Houston after living in Austin for years I was in need of a new dentist. Of course I used my parents suggestion and decided to make Shadow Creek Cosmetic my new dental home, and of course your parents are always right. The service you get here is elite. From the front desk, dental assistance, to your dentist. Everyone is kind and remember you as if you were family. They take their time to make sure you get the work you need done. I recently had to get my wisdom tooth removed and I was impressed with the professionalism and the transparency on how things would work. I would recommend anyone in the Pearland or surrounding areas to at least get your teeth cleaned and serviced here. I promise you will find a new dental family.

Dr. Washington and the entire staff were welcoming and friendly. Everything was explained in detail and the process was very smooth. Wendy was wonderful and so sweet, she chatted with me to help calm my nerves. And it sure helped to listen to some wonderful Blues music. I highly recommend this group.

I think this has been the best trip ever to the dentist. The staff was very professional and nice. They showed me that they were very knowledgeable about process and options available to me for treatment. The vibe there is fantastic. I encourage everyone to schedule their next appointment with this highly trained and experienced team. If you go ask for Kim as your hygienist, she is the best hands down.

Dr Lockhart is amazing. He’s patient and very kind. I’m not a fan of the dentist at all. They give me anxiety. He took his time and explained everything before he did it.

His front office staff is pleasant but do not know what they are doing! I was overcharged by $500 plus on the first visit. I was told it would be applied to future office visits or I could get a refund. Being I had several other procedures to be completed, I had no problem with the credit being applied to future work. Today, I get a call and the story is completely different. I no longer have a credit and blah blah blah.

I do NOT recommend this dentist office unless you have money to literally throw away! It’s one story one day and another the next. Not worth the time or effort as money does not grow on trees.

The staff was excellent. The dental hygienist was polite and provided excellent cleaning. It was truly a wonderful experience.
