Shadow Park Apartments, Lake Jackson TX

It's a gated community but the trash gets out of hand around the dumpsters, people won't put the bags in them

I lived in these apartments a few years back. Has anyone else had really weird things happen in their apartment? Like paranormal wise?

This property has changed so much since 2010-ish! I viewed the property yesterday with my younger brother and the upgrade is noticeable. The property was clean, the apartment we viewed was nice, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We got all the information we needed plus more. I am definitely pushing my brother to move into them.

This is a beautiful place to call home! Holly and the staff do such a wonderful job taking care of my family's needs.

The manager and leasing agent there are absolutely awesome. They listen and take care of the tenants immediately.

Shadow Park Apartments are amazing after Holly took over as management! I have had an easy time communicating with the office. I have also felt that the community of the apartments has gotten better and will only keep getting better as time goes on.

Update: these apartments have been improving all the time since. The prices are reasonable too!

Absolutely infested with fleas, my poor dogs are covered despite giving them daily baths and medicine. Management is not helpful at all, they’ll tell you one thing and do another. Do not live here, you can get a bigger apartment for a better price anywhere else. They won’t let you break your lease even if you have tons of reasons for needing to.

Do not live here. Roaches and fleas are terrible. Management is not helpful and rarely answer the office phone. I gave up on getting them to fix things broken in my apartment considering they came 5 times to fix something THAT IS STILL broken. You can find so many better apartments for a way better price.

I love the area and am getting my apartment set up. New to Houston so Lake Jackson is a much smaller town and easier to navigate

Quiet and Peaceful environment, neighbors are very friendly, and the grounds are always well kept and trash free. Staff is on top of work orders and gets them done within 24-48 hours. So much better living here now that the new manager Holly has taken over!

Extremely disappointed whenever I drive up to this place to go and visit family member and the grass is way over grown there's trash everywhere throughout the complex I don't understand why it is so trashed out and the rent is so high matter of fact the stairwell that I have to go up to go visit my family is wobbly and it says if you could fall through the step and it does concern me greatly especially for the children who live there at that complex
