Recently moved to Shadow Ridge as my first personal lease and was SHOCKED with how helpful and knowledgeable the staff were! Samantha in the leasing office went above all expectations and gave me a great insight to the area and apartment amenities! Now an established resident, I continue to receive the same top tier service that originally made me feel at home! They even assisted me with signing up my fur babies!:) would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new home in round rock!

I love my apartment; Office staff especially Samantha is very sweet and compassionate, the property is absolutely beautiful my kids love the park, and the sense of community is amazing! I feel very safe especially as a single mom. I can't rave about these apartments enough I've been recommending them to all my gal friends!

This place is in disrepair. They have had the front entry gate down week after week being bashed open. The night is always loud. People complain of leaking apartments more times than I can count. I have had a car parked in an open free parking space and had to come and speak to a tow truck before as a visitor.

It’s a great place to live most of the employees are nice and helpful. However Gen always goes above and beyond for her job. She always so helpful and professional when I come to her with questions. She’s really good at her job.

I love my apartment complex. The staff is professional, friendly and very helpful. The maintenance completes all their works orders quickly and professionally.
I have had a ruff year and they have helped for me to keep my home.

So. Now. Rent has increased by 300 since we moved in when these government funded; affordable units opened up. Terrible. There should be a cap on rent increases when units are funded by the government on the back end. With employers not wanting to give raises; food prices rising; can cause stress and distress with your tenants.

By far the worst tour I’ve ever received. Staff is rude and can careless to even introduce themselves go somewhere else please save yourself the time.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Corporate & leasing office staff & management are the biggest issue. Second the pests save your family & friends from this head ache

Do not move here they do not care about their residents in the slightest bit you can call the office an never get an answer maintenance is a joke no pest control constant stress due to extremely high crime levels

Very unprofessional from the office staff to the management company. If you’re looking for equal and fair opportunity for housing look elsewhere. My experience as well as others has been a nightmare. I will be filing complaints with The Texas workforce housing department, HUD and any other organizations I can think of.

I used to rave about these apartments and their affordability for lower income individuals and families. After the first time I renewed my lease, the rent only went up $25 and it was still under $1000 for a one bedroom apartment. I renewed my lease again this year and the rent has gone up $225. They have claimed the reason behind this bud to keep up with the competitive market and cover construction costs from when these apartments were built in 2020. Many of my neighbors are overwhelmed and stressed by this sudden spike. And who knows what the next lease renewal will bring.

I had to buy a ring doorbell because they keep allowing access to my apartment while I am not home. The Pest control that comes out is random vendors and they allowed some man access to my apartment without any staff member present. This is after I had requested three times that nobody enter my apartment without me being present. They did not notify me no communication they just let this random stranger into my apartment when I was not home. I'm very disappointed that they failed to follow my written request. This may just be a job to them, but this is our home with all of our belongings and personal space!

Great place to live! The staff go above and beyond to resolve issues. Definitely the best apartments i have lived in!
