The entire office staff is warm and welcoming; they make me feel like a part of their family. They listen, they're attentive, they're compassionate. Tony in particular is very charming and extremely friendly!

We lived there for 2 years. They are the Money Rippers. Every month they charge you extra for something which is not related, and when you go to office they corrects it and says it was a technical problem. When you end the leave and do final evacuate, even you do spotless cleaning, the charge you $55 for cleaning. We know we never damage a single thimg throughout 2 years they send us a statement of $75 of Damages without any proof and left email saying "if you don't pay we will send your name to collections agency. " Never have ever experienced such thing anywhere in America. Also all homes are full of Cockroaches infestation. They are literally crowlling while you watching tv or playing with your little ones. Please do not stay there! We are regarding that we stayed there for that long.

I've live in the community for three months and I've had no problems. All the staff has been very professional. I'm enjoying thos community. Thank God

The service while living here was great. From maintenance, to welcoming in-office, the whole staff was great and accommodating. With covid-19 and other facets of the world changing, it’s important to know where good service differentiates from the meh. Neighbors weren’t too loud and any complaints were reviewed.

The things that are outside of the complex control… e.g. Crime, dog waste and other facets, they were quick to react.

I've lived here over 3 years and have had a fantastic experience with the complex. The staff is friendly and is very attentive. If there is ever a problem they do their very best to get back to you immediately. The apartments are clean and well worth it.and other tenants are generally nice and easy to get along with.

Shadowbrooke is the best apartment complex I have lived in. The staff (office and maintenance) are always very kind, understanding, and professional, and they do whatever they can to make your time here as good as it can be. The move-in process was seamless, and any issues (there have barely been any!) have been handled very efficiently. The apartments themselves are in excellent shape and remain very well-kept. It was a very easy decision to continue my lease when the time came around.

The staff at Shadowbrooke are some of the best in the biz. They remember you, what's going on in you life, everything. Tony is the best. The facilities are well-maintained and maintenance is always timely and effective, the only time you have to wait is when a part is slow coming in.

I have been a Shadowbrooke resident for four years. There's a reason for that. I can't imagine living anywhere else. I absolutely LOVE the staff, and the genuine care of our property. Our manager, Darlene is adorable. Always professional, very friendly, and a sweet soul. Im proud to call SHADOWBROOKE my home!

It's been a year already. During that year my experience with the office staff has been outstanding. At any given time a request was made for any type of maintenance needs was excellent.
For the above reasons which lead me to continue my contract.
It's been great living here.

As a college student looking for affordable and comfortable living, I have to say these are the best apartments you can get in Stafford! The location is great, the property has all the amenities I need (including a hot tub and trash valet - very luxurious I know) and the staff is excellent! Specifically, Tony and Michelle in the leasing office have been super helpful and have worked with me to take care of my needs. Shadowbrooke Apartments is the best moving experience I have experienced thanks to the amazing staff!

We love everything about Shadowbrooke! We have lived here for 6 plus years, I feel like they genuinely care about me and my family. I've never lived anywhere better. The maintenance staff and everyone in the office is so remarkable! First I would like to welcome our new Community Manager, Ms. Darlene.who is very friendly & helpful and patient with each and everyone! A special shout out to Ms. Michelle, our Better Living Manager, who always knows what you need and makes sure everything is taken care of. A special thanks to Mr. Tony, our Better Living Consultant, my kids love him very much! He is always so warm, kind and friendly. We love him like he's family. Oh and let don't forget our sweet & kind Better Living consultant Mr Isaiah, who never forgets what you need and is always ready to help you. P. S. A big special thanks to our maintenance team, they're always on top of their game! The Maintenance Manager Mr. Jaime is not only a master of his craft, but he's hilarious! Our Make Ready: Ms. Bertha always making sure everything is clean and ready. And a special thanks to our Maintenance Assistant Manager Mr. Steve, he is the best and the fastest. Thank you all for doing a remarkable job to keep our apartments nice and comfortable!

If you are looking for a cute, cozy, AND safe place to live, then this is it! Good size apartments and pricing. Tony introduced me to the wonderful community of Shadowbrooke Apartments. He is friendly and welcoming. If there's an issue, he will definitely solve it quickly and gracefully!

It’s so awesome to live in a community that feels like family! My sons and I have been residents here at Shadowbrooke for a little over a year now and I have had nothing but exceptional service! Tony is a gem, who’s always greets me with a smile. Michelle is a sweetheart, who my son absolutely adores. Darlene is new to the crew, but is definitely a great fit and I just love her already! I appreciate everything you guys do. Thanks so much for always being so welcoming and supportive. We love our home!

All honesty I love living here the environment is wonderful, my neighbors are chill, the facilities like the pool, the gym, and the business center are top of the life. The maintenance team is on top of work orders and I consider them the backbone to making this place one of a kind. Before the virus you can walk in the office during business hours and they would have any problem solved like that plus they are super friendly so some times I would just walk over just to talk and hangout. After the virus they closed the office and we're only able to call or email and they responded in a timely manner. Overall 10/10, , , whatever your ranking system is this place is top tier. You should definitely move in.

I’ve lived at Shadowbrooke for over a year now and have been very happy during this time. The property is very well kept, safe, and quiet. Tony and the rest of the office staff are great and they always give excellent customer service. Maintenance is also very responsive and friendly.

Hands down one of the best apartments we have been in and that is all thanks to Tony and his hospitality. Coming from Michigan, Tony really helped us find the perfect apartment. Shadowbrooke Apartments has the friendliest staff, beautiful apartments, and is a beautiful place to reside. As soon as you take a tour, you will be in for a treat.

As a first time apartment resident, Shadowbrooke Apartments has been like home. Our leasing agent, Tony, was a pleasure to work with! He was professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and patient. He was understanding of any possible concerns I had and was ready to answer any and all questions I had. Since living here, Tony is our go to person whenever we have questions or concerns. My transition from a house to an apartment was a bit difficult, but with a leasing agent like Tony, well he made the transition just a little bit easier. I recommend Shadowbrooke Apartments. It's clean, safe, the community is friendly plus they have a dog park!
