Very disappointed. Service was good, however as coloring was finished I pointed out to the stylist some whites on my hair had remain. She seemed very nice all the time, and graciously acknowledge my observation and encouraged me to call back if I considered some of the work had to be re-done. It was already around 8PM on Sat, I didn't want to stay longer so calling back seemed a good idea. I traveled for work next weeks and now she and the salon owner have denyes warranty on the grounds of being to long for me to come back. The amount I paid is not for coloring that they claim fades in 2 weeks, especially when I mentioned right away. The stylist I was fooled by is Sidney.

Really loved the haircut I got from Sidney. Tky again! Giving it 4 stars because it's freaking expensive! Paid $100 (including a generous tip). Staff was friendly, loved the ambience, loved it all. Just pricey for a trim, shampoo, and texturizing.

Bryan is the best! He always listens to what I want and has great recommendations to achieve it!

I have been coming to see Bobbie Jo for many years now and she never disappoints! I love doing crazy and different things to my hair, and every time she never hesitates to do what I ask. She doesn't only do what I ask but knocks it out of the park! Not only is her color, cut and style amazing so is her personality. Bobbie Jo is simply the total package from personability to professional!

Go see Megan Humbert. Megan did my hair for years and when she moved to Texas I never found someone who could do my hair as well as her. I always left obsessed with my hair color, mainly because she made sure I loved my hair before I left. She simply has the "It" factor as a stylist. If you go with Megan, you have found a stylist for life!

I just moved to town and a neighbor recommended Huma at Shag. They were able to get me in quickly at a time convenient to me. She is an absolute dream! Such a fun and talented stylist and human being. I’m looking forward to going back!

Megan Humbert is awesome at doing hair! She makes you feel very comfortable, easy to talk to while getting your hair done and styles your hair exactly how you want it. I highly recommend her.

Tatiana did a great job on my curly hair. I walked out of the salon with straight, smooth hair and no frizz with 98% + humidity! Highly recommend her

Absolutely useless. I wish I could review their actual services but each time I booked an appointment I was told last minute (ex. A call at 9: 20 before my 10: 00 appointment) that “uhhh actually that time doesn’t really work uhhhh could you do it uhhhh at a later time uhhh or maybe even another day? ” even when appointments where made over a week in advance.

Never again! Bad experience. Horrible highlights and color. It’s a Both rental salon no it seems no manager care.

My daughter had an appointment at 11: 30 to have hair updo and makeup for prom. They didn’t even start on her hair until 12: 30 because the stylist had to “run to CVS first”. After restarting on the “side-braid into a low pony” several times, the stylist told her, when she was clearly upset about running hours behind schedule, “hair stylists don’t really care about time”. The makeup artist did a beautiful job and worked hard to try and get her done quickly. My daughter arrived for her appointment at 11: 18 and didn’t leave until 3: 50. I would not recommend this salon. Ever. They turned what should have been a fun experience into a very stressful time for my senior.

I prefer their other location that has since closed. Parking here is a hassle. Add about 10 minutes extra to allow yourself to find a parking spot prior to your appt. I also find it too chaotic in this salon as well, but I love my hairstylist who had to move to this location when the other Shag Salon closed.

Took my daughter here for the first time and everyone treated her like she was a regular. Their team knows how to provide great service and are good at selling their products. No pressure sales but showed dad (me) how to blow dry her hair correctly.

Updated, my wife went here last week and she really liked how they treated her. Again great place and even offered to give me a nice deal for men's cut.

Great place for your personal care needs. Also has a boutique with cute clothes from which to select.

Kristy was absolutely amazing and did an amazing job on my daughter and my make up and hair for my daughter's wedding!

Michelle Dement is a wonderful stylist! She's well-versed, and has experience styling various hair types of individuals from different ethnicities.
