2 In the summer of 2018 I was diagnosed with pancoast lung cancer, these are rather uncommon and difficult to say the least to remove I soon found out.
I was referred to Dr Akvan and that's when the journey began. The attention and time with each appointment he gave before the surgery was thorough and delivered with confidence and heart understanding my fears.
After the surgery I honestly couldn't have asked for better care and devotion to his work and follow up even after coming home.
It's been five years now and finished my last screening and still clean of cancer. In closing I Highly recommend Dr Akvan's professionalism as well as his care before and after the surgery!
Did not seem very caring! As well made me feel depressed about my outlook of life!
