Shahnaz Salon, Frisco TX

The salon says its open until 8: 00 am on weekdays but it was closed at 7: 20, the person inside was packing and least bothered to even respond. This was on one of the Tuesday

Went there for a trim. The trim was awful and uneven and was charged way too much for the service I received. Will not recommend this place.

The staff was rude I’m really not sure why they looked so pissed there was not even a smile when I came in and the facial room was so dirty not maintained properly at all very bad service

Worst behavior of staff. I don’t know if they the owners or the staff but they have the worst attitude towards customers. Avoid this place at all costs. If at all you have to go to this place, make sure to be aware this and be prepared to be treated rude.

The service was good. The girl who took care of me was super sweet and did a great job. I am giving them 4 stars because the place looked really dirty. The table which was in waxing room looked so bad and it literally had holes in it. They really have to up their game when it comes to cleanliness and the upkeep of the place. The place has potential and really hope the management care more for the place.

0 star and Worst experience. I came for basic hair wash and blow dry. There is no one here knows anything about hair styling. She was very harsh with my hair and brushed it very hardly. I felt like my entire hair strands are coming out. I lost a lot of hair just with her one stroke of brush. She s treating my hair like some dolls hair and very very bad at hair massage. Constantly pinching the hair strands without any massage strokes. Waited almost 1hr to runaway from this pain.
Please don't go. It's hell and people here don't know anything about hair or beauty care.

I’m not one to go out of my way and write a bad review, but the kind of treatment I received MUST be known to everyone. I usually wax at home, but I wanted to get it done quicker. With it being my first time at a salon (for waxing) I was expecting decent behavior. I walked in to find the employee on the phone. Being in a good mood, I waited till she was done. Afterwards, I told her about my appointment and she asked to follow her in. I changed out of my pants and didn’t really pay attention to my socks. Once the employee came back she gave me one look and VERY RUDLY told me I should take them off. Hello? !? I’m the customer, and maybe it was wrong on my end, but is it so bad to ask nicely? Even as a teenager, I know how to act when around people. The process ended quickly, and omg the price to pay for that kind of treatment! Way too overpriced. Overall, I HATED the experience, and I don’t want to shun the other employees, but seeing as there are other comments regarding rude behavior, something must be done. I will never recommend this area to anyone else, please do yourself the favor and don’t go through the horrid treatment.

Definitely not recommended. The associate was harsh and did a rough service on skin. She threaded my brows unequally and was not ready to correct it after saying. Also she was in rush to finish the service!

I went in today around 1pm and the place was completely empty with one employee. I asked for eyebrow threading and the employee left my eyebrows completely ruined. When I told her about it she was completely disrespectful and begin arguing with me saying it wasn't her fault. I will never be back. Horrible customer service.

My daughter and I got later cuts yesterday with Bhavani and she did an amazing job! I will definitely go again!

No quality service and just robbing. For a hair cut - shampooing is 20$, hair cut is 55 $ plus setting is another 35$. It’s not 100$ worth of service and the staff is absolute waiting to rob u. Beware of wat you pay and wat you get

Worst experience the lady is so rude I’ve just asked to do eyebrows and she was sitting and asked me to come back again for eyebrows and asked me to take appointment I don’t recommend this place

I’ve been coming here for at least 2-3 years. Bhawami is awesome! She’s welcoming, funny, and her work is flawless. I get my eyebrows and upper lip waxed every 2 weeks and she’s very professional and pleasant. I have had my eyebrows waxed for the last 15 years and I know I have wiry eyebrows with a scar on one of them but she has navigated them with grace… I know how hard it is to get a great eyebrow lady. I actually look forward to go to her- go see Bhawami- you won’t regret it!

I’ve been going to Shahnaz for 3 years to get my eyebrows threaded. I’m so happy that I met Bhawani, she’s professional and meticulous. She always does a great job shaping my eyebrows without getting cuts. I always look forward to seeing her and catching up.

I went to get my hair cut and color yesterday. I loved my hair. The lady zora really listened to what I wanted and did a great job. I’m very happy and I will be back at shahnaz salon frisco

Would give 0 stars if possible. I should have read the reviews before going. Despite being no customers waiting, I was denied service. I was not even let inside, the staff was so rude and asked me not to step in without an appointment. Terrible customer service.

I went for a haircut and it was really awesome my stylist gave me a good and excellent haircut. And I also did my brows they were carved perfectly
