I wish I also give 0 to them. Bad experience and really disappointed. I came there a couple of hours ago with my mother in law. We came in and standing over therefor 2 seconds and then lady said what do you need to do? Rudely
I said threading she said ok sit. We waited for 10 minutes and then it was my turn. I sat and lady did my work. I told her to do wax for upper lips and chin/neck. She said ok. Anyways she did my work. After that I was giving her the money. She chqrge my double the price of everything. For eyebrows she only clean no shape nothing as per my instructions. She never did full neck still took $10 just chin. I asked her what's the price and do you have phamlet. She rudely said no "look over there for price". Extremely bad experience will never go to that place again. If owner of this salon looking at this review you should contact me and should train your employees about customer service.

They messed up my eyebrows and no one their speaked english so i couldn’t tell them what i wanted and yet they still charged me full price after i got what i didn’t ask for

I wish I could rate them 0. The front desk lady is pretty rude. We booked appointment for 3 people and we already called and confirmed that we will be there. She cancelled our appointment for being 15 mins late and was not apologetic about it as well. No wonder the rating of this salon is so low. Better change the management or learn how to manage.

I had worst experience today. I went for a haircut and there is a lady who speaks Portuguese I think her name is zoya.mentioned her very clearly about the length and asked for U shape. She trimmed all my length and there is no shape at all.
Ridiculous service!

I wanna give 0 starts if allowed, the worst salon ever been to, there is no respect for customer and the lady is always on the phone while doing hair cut, I would not recommend this place this at all, you will find the respect and satisfaction elsewhere.please don’t go to the old lady for the hair cut, I think she must be at the reception taking calls instead of doing hair cut.

Worst place for Haircut. I had my hair cut at this place, I had very long hair and I have shown her how much to cut. Before cutting the lady asked me if she can have my hair for practicing hair colors. I told her to have it. And she started to cut my without showing me the length. I was shocked by the length she cut my hair. Now my hair is not even shoulder length. Then she started apologizing and telling me it’s okay it’s a change for you. And you Indians will grow hair very fastly. You don’t need to pay I will fix it. All these kind of statements. I asked the manager to come in she came over and did the trimming which is not even and I am not sure what to do. I paid the amount and walked out silently. I never had this kind of short length in my whole life. If you need a proper/good hair cut do not visit this place. They are busy and still take appointments no one respond properly and they don’t even understand what customers are trying to tell. Worst service and management.

Worst service ever, the lady cut my eyelid skin and had no courtesy to say sorry. All other ladies around her were so ignorant that she literally cut my skin.

Worst place in frisco! They are always in hurry and screw up things.i got my eyebrows done and have a cut under my eyebrow. WAXING was the MOST TERRIBLE experience.that room was so unhygienic and they simply pour wax all over and make it so messy! My skin got Peeled and it was so painful.even though i had booked an appointment well in advance they simply asked me to reschedule my appointment as they had a busy day.why did they confirm my appointment if they were busy and tired to do it? This happened to me multiple times and i am fed up with this parlor. I heard my friends had similar experience! Please save your money and time

I went there a couple times. Mary is great. But last week I went for multiple services and that lady over there (Saba) was not happy about it. I m not sure why. Eyebrows was fine but waxing has left me with so many rashes on my underarms and that has blackened and left scars. I m not sure if it is reversible or not, I am very much disappointed

Had haircut for my 2 years baby girl. She did good job In entertaining both my kid and other audience as well while hair cut. It was fun.

Waiting time is lot and service is worst. Went there with my daughter and they sat me down to color my roots. While waiting, they cut my daughter’s hair. It seems they forgot about me or something because they kept me waiting for two hours. They were able to finish someones appointment during those two hours and while finally blow drying my hair, she talked very loudly into the phone. Unprofessional and never coming back again.

Not worth for money. My experience is very bad with zara she is very fast she don't even know what she is doing handling my hairs very rough after hair spa and hair cut my hair became very fuzzy thts how she handle hair. Don't even try if your going for first time.

Rude customer service and they do not have proper system, kept me waiting for 40 minutes and saying busy. Think before going. I will not come here any more

If I could rate them negative, I would have. They couldn't even do the hair trim properly. Uneven, ruined it. And charged 25$ for not doing the job. Stay away.

Good service and kind staff. Best place for haircut. Going in with an appointment makes things easier.

Update: Frisco today had an confirmed appointment with them for haircut at 11 am
When I reached there the lady said the one you booked appointment with comes 12 pm so it's your fault. Wow worst customer service ever. Shame on them.

Plano: We poor service. The quality of service is deteriorating. They screwed my brows. Peeled my skin during waxing. The staff has very bad attitude, they are not willing to serve customers. Worst place ever.

I went for a haicut in the Frisco location, but left within 5 seconds. The lady at the counter is weird and extremely rude, didn't want her touching my hair. I dont think they'll be able to keep this place open long with this type of customer service
