Shake Shack Brackenridge, San Antonio TX

Great atmosphere but the food could have been much better. I ordered the Korean burger and it came out very small and tried way too hard to have a Korean flavor that ended up tasting off putting. My friend got a regular burger but he wasn’t exactly thrilled. This was my first time at Shake Shack.

Our first time eating here. Staff was great Ian helped answer all questions we had. Food and service to the table as well as great!

I appreciate everything about this dine-in experience.
The only thing that may be a hassle is outside parking. Though, it's my 1st time they may have additional parking elsewhere.
I definitely will return before I leave San Antonio.
I purchased the Shackburger, crinkle cut fries, the Dragon fruit pomegranate drink, and the Maple Snickerdoodle shake.

Fast, GOOD food, nice/helpful staff. Menu has good variety of selections. Clean eating area. Across from Doseum; good place for families.

The manager, Ian, took our order. Was super kind and efficient. Food was amazing as always. Great location. Love Shake Shack

NO SERIOUSLY ITS GOOD FOOD, JUST A BIT OVERPRICED and I'm not too sure about the whole kiosk concept.unnecessary germ spreader, why not just order thru app? I didn't have any food when I visited here recently but the tea was good, but was $4.00. The time I did order several months ago through Uber eat, the burger was quite tasty, and I believe they stay open much later than other similar restaurants.

Always super delicious, and the staff is always amazing. Swing on by get yourself a scrumptious burger, tantalizing fries, and a milk shake that will melt your heart

I was excited to try this for the first time with my kids. The food was very greasy, and fries were great and shake.

Shake Shack has some of the best burgers I have ever had. The rest of the menu is eh. But I love the lemonades and cheeseburgers. It is pricey, but worth it. I just wish they had a drive thru, but so yummy!

I really enjoyed my dining experience. I need to thank Leslie for being a very kind and patient individual with me. She even recommended me a few things which I really enjoyed and I will be sure to come back again!

This was maybe the best restaurant burger I've ever had. I can't speak much for customer service because we ordered at the kiosk and all they did was bring our food to the table, but we didn't mind that. I'll definitely be back again.

My “Go-To” hamburger spot. The hamburgers aren’t huge, but rather, they are consistently flavorful and prepared the same way each time. Also, The fries are ALWAYS crispy!

Its okay. Originally went to the Smoke Shack but it was overloaded. Stopped here and there was a complacent simplicity about the food. Like a Toyota Camry. Just good, average priced, reliable food. Friendly service and cleanliness were a bonus.

Our favorite burger. We find that ordering online bypasses the crowds. We do eat there because a burger is always best when still hot. Great shakes.

The burgers here are really good; they are kinda small so if you have a big appetite order more than one. It is a restaurant that your order at a counter and find a seat so more like a fast food restaurant but it is a great spot if you are looking for a quick bite to eat near the zoo/park/museum.

The food was great, honestly very expensive for just burgers in my opinion. The booth chairs are kind of close together and booked to the floor so it was kinda hard for me to squeeze in.
