Shake Shack Dallas, Preston Royal

Staff was friendly, especially a server named Lala. She was very kind and we has a nice conversation about my career and her educational goals.

Perfectly yummy chicken sandwich and crispy fries for us. Also, nice presentation. Thanks for lunch y'all.

My recent visit to Shake Shake was an absolute disappointment. They completely messed up my order, and when I asked them to fix it, the staff displayed a rude attitude. Even the manager was unhelpful and dismissive. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

I just tried this restaurant for the first time today and let me say, they really got good burgers. I had their basic shack burger and it tasted really good. It didn't quite fill me up though, so next time I will get the double and make it a combo so I can try their shakes. I recommend this restaurant. It was clean and the service was good.

I've had shake shack a couple times before but first time at this location. We were there right before closing (10PM) so that may have a factor. Ordered 3 chicken shacks took about 15 minutes to prepare. The pickles were hard and the chicken tasted sour (probably the oil at the end of the day). The staff member just placed the bag on the counter didn't call name or notify me that it was mine.

GRUB HUB delivery. No place to add desired condiments/none on burger.or in bag. Tea was sour. Tried to call restaurant but got recorded message thatthey were helping other customers. Disappointed.: (

I'm a Shake Shack fan and this is the best Shake Shack experience I've had. The team there was exceptionally good.

Food and service is always great when I come here. And the cashier Kisha is always helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely visit this location again.

It was so good! I was surprised that the shakes didn't automatically come with whipped cream. It's. 50 extra to add. Still a great shake and fabulous meal.

I want to thank Kisha for helping me with my order today. She was kind and friendly and my veggie burger taste great. Good food here.

I was very pleased with shake shack I love the chocolate shakes, there so yummy Maria was very helpful gave me so many options to chose from! I will be coming again! ️

Ordered to dine in and noticed that the person that ordered takeout after me got their order. Waited like 5 more minutes, walked up and saw a burger and fries sitting on the stand. Wondered if it was mine. Waited for like a another minute or two before the woman saw me and asked me what I needed. I asked if order is coming out. She asked my name. Saw that she grabbed the burger and fries that were sitting there. I asked so was it sitting there. She stated that it just came out which was a blatant lie. I saw it as it came up and it took at least a few minutes before she acknowledged me. It was as if she wasnt tending to the stand but to other things. At least apologize for it and not lie. Wish this location has kiosks and texts you when the order is ready

Honestly not worth the price. They don’t have meal deal or anything. You have to buy separately and it just is too pricey with less food. Plus, not even taste worthy.
