Shake Shack Katy Freeway, Houston TX

Just not my favorite set up. Food is good but
not worth $60 for a family of 3.
Everything is ala Cart. There’s no kids menu or combo meals and the all burgers are size of the palm of my hand.
Not a fan of how they package Togo food, nothing is secure or wrapped. Worse than how in & out packages theirs.

Amazing service and the burger/fries were delicious! But the portion size is super small while the burgers are really overpriced, not worth it in my opinion.

I’ve eaten alot multiple Shake Shacks around and also one in Nashville. This one is by far the worst. The bread is always soggy and compares nothing to the Shake Shack in Minute Maid Park

Food was as expected but you need to order everything separately and on iPad type devices at the counter. I felt the cost was expensive for what you got. Milkshakes were tasty but not outstanding.

They did such a great job with our order. One of better Shake Shack experiences we have had. Loving the hot Chicken. Always get the double smokehouse w/ extra pickles. My got a shake and thought it was great. I didn't bother asking for a sip. Plenty of parking. Patio seating. Kept very clean. Nice staff.

Burgers are always delicious especially the hamburger bun. Definitely worth the price in my opinion

Want a good tasting burger that's not the regular fast food, try shake shack. And shakes is there first thing in name. They're very good

They have vegetarian options that are delicious. I had the veggie burger and requested to remove the cheese. You can go inside and order food through a kiosk.

Food was good- hot and fresh! Restaurant was clean. Staff was friendly! Definitely recommend!

The burger I ordered looked nothing like the ones from the menu. These burgers are pretty small. $17 for a burger and a shake. No fries. Drive thru service at the window could be better.

Burgers are excellent, but I gotta say I expected bigger and better for the price paid. The floor was quiet dirty, table were not cleaned.

Food: We each ordered the Shack burger, and it was about the size of a hockey puck. The photos on the website were a bit deceptive and we had expected a normal sized burger. We were still hungry since the burger was so small, so decided to leave and have a second dinner elsewhere (a first for us). The ingredients were fresh, and we felt it tasted good. The bun was not toasted, and no onion or pickles given.
Service: This is a self-service restaurant, you order and pay a kiosk, assign yourself an order number and sit down. We only saw staff when food was brought out. Also we had to ask for our table to be wiped clean.
Atmosphere: Typical fast food with booths and tables, very casual, mostly clean.
Overall: my husband had been to a location in NY years ago and was very impressed, but wasn’t with this one. It was my first time. For the price, it isn’t a good value for fast food, especially since we left hungry. If we go back it will only be to try a shake through the drive through.

Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Burger and fries were very mediocre. Did not live up to the hype.

Just paid $16 for this combo. The smallest cheeseburger I ever had! First and Last time i eat there.

Live over 30 mins away so I messed up by not checking my order before leaving.but get home to my "double" avocado burger being a single.
Tried calling to speak to a manager, impossible not going to answer.

Why wouldn't you get a milkshake from a place called The shake shack? Get the chocolate
