This is my first time ever going to shake shack the people there were actually chill and funny the food was good but just to expensive. Over all it get 5 stars because of the service and and the food.

I get that it was Christmas Eve when we went, and lots of folks don't want to work on Christmas Eve, but that's not my fault. I still expect good service when I come in regardless of the holiday it's around.
The lady on the register was rushing us through our order and catching an attitude when we wanted to make sure she got it right because she kept missing things we said. When we got our food they added onions even when we said no onions, and to top it off the onions we didn't want and the lettuce looked like they fished it out of a sink and just threw them onto the burgers.

Shake Shack offers a delightful burger experience. The vibrant ambiance and efficient service contribute to an enjoyable dining experience. I tried the new hot chicken sandwich and it was alright not the best chicken sandwich I’ve had. Definitely sticking to the cheeseburgers

I was so excited to see I was near Shake Shack. However, when I went inside my excitement quickly when away. The gentleman at the counter did not acknowledge Me, after me standing there for about a minute or two. I said thank you and left.

I put them in my top 5 of burgers! Fries were nice and crispy.and everything was timely! I didn't care for the dairy free shake though! Other than that, they get a 12 out of 10 for everything else!

Terrible they leave you food wide open for flys and others bugs and don’t seal your bag. Your food also going to be cold don’t waste your time

Best hot dogs around, grilled on the flat top, so good. Best crinkle fries, diet coke and of course the burgers. Staff are very nice and the inside is very clean. Awesome place to go when craving some good fast food!

Had to clean the table ourselves and it was still gross. Compared to other locations the food wasn’t as good either

I had the opportunity to dine at Shake Shack recently, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The burgers were juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The ShackBurger, in particular, was a standout with its delicious ShackSauce and perfectly toasted potato bun. The crinkle-cut fries were crispy and seasoned just right, making for a great side. What truly impressed me was the service - the staff were friendly, attentive, and the food was served promptly. The overall atmosphere was lively and inviting. While the prices are on the higher side, the quality and taste of the food make it worth the occasional splurge. I'll definitely be returning to Shake Shack for more burger bliss in the future.

Shake Shack never disappoints! I have been to several locations over the years and the food is always delicious. I must admit it's addictive. So if you love a good cheeseburger visit Shake Shack.

Service is sometimes good but often it's barely interested workers talking and laughing with seemingly little interest in the customer. Food is good but price is higher than it should be.

It was already part of one of my favorite places to eat. Burgers are delicious. It was my first time and I was not disappointed. I bought the avocado bacon burger, they have to come.

It's a bit overpriced, great burgers. I'd come more often if it was more reasonably priced.
