I have been here several times over the last 3-4 years and every experience I be hesitant on going back. I got medium knotless braids and usually my hair turns out better. I don’t like that they are really spaced out. And every time I’m there the workers be extremely loud with there conversation. There is nothing wrong with them talking and working but it really be too much now!

I got a sew in and she did not Add the full two bundles.
I had many gaps in my sew in she held my extra hair so I would think she sewed it all in. Terrible. When I text her about it her first response was with a question mark,

Very unprofessional and unsanitary and rude I made a appointment with them they didn’t write it down and gave me a different price when I arrived after I left I started getting rude and disrespectful texts from the owner

The boss lady is extremely rude. No prive list. Call prices at will. One week is one price. The next is $70 more for the same style.

Do not come here. Currently having to dispute my charge for getting my hair done cause it looks terrible and the owner just reads my messages and doesn’t reply but she did acknowledge how messed up it was! DO NOT GO HERE

You should not waste your time or money. I asked for micro braids and was told $160. When I got there the girl didn’t know what they were nor how to do them because she folded my 18” hair in half. She was using wayyy to much hair and I had 2 bags of human hair in my head and it was halfway done. The braids, knots and the ties are BIG. I basically have small half braided box braids. Then they wanted to charge me another $20 and hassled me about it even after I had already paid the $160…smh! My hair turned out cute only because of the hair I chose and after I trimmed it and made it even all around but the braids are trash! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, the quality is most definitely not worth it. My 10yr old daughter could have done better! They will never get my money again. NEVER!

Not only do they do a great job on your hair, but you also get an amazing worship experience. Adeles love for God radiates through that place.

Do not recommend this place. They will accept a lot of people and will have people in their chair still needing there hair completed! Never again

I went to this shop on 12/17 to get braids on top of my Locs I currently have. Upon arrival there were 3-4 people waiting to be serviced. I asked did they have the staff for us waiting customers. I was answered “more people are on their way”, 5 minutes later a worker walked in as if she was dreading being here. Guess what? That’s who was going to be servicing me for the day. We started off on a good note and smoothly until the 3rd time she stepped away to use the restroom and I said I might as well but she responded very irritated and sarcastically “Again”. That was very rude because she has no clue if it’s my time of month or if I have health issues. After returning from the restroom her whole attitude, demeanor, and the way she handled my head changed drastically for the worse. She started yanking my head and was overly rough with my head. I sat there quietly trying to process this and astonished at the huge level of rudeness just because of me using the restroom a second time after sitting hours. She finally finished and I asked her a simple question “are you going to apply moose to my head” her reply was we’re never going to get finished and where are your beads”. She’s asking me how to put the beads on and I asked her as the professional can she do what she feels looks best. By that point I said this will be my last visit here and blurted out sooooo that won’t close this business. I proceeeded to ask her name and she said it’s not important so I ask another lady and she tells me it’s Shalom (same name as the business which I know is a lie). Spend your time and hard earned money elsewhere. Times are hard enough and then to be treated like this when you’re spending 300.00 isn’t acceptable.

I paid for small braids got medium braids all my braids are different lengths they didnt take the time to rrim the braids so they are itching like crazy these people have went downhill their braiders are horrible please don't waste your time or money.
