Let me start off by saying I did go to one store in San Antonio Texas and I did not get good customer service. They just showed me where my sizes were and they let me be in the moment I came into this location. I had great customer service from Oscar, great beautiful dresses worth every penny the dresses they have there are so flattering they have varieties of sizes and colors glitter shimmer you name it anything that you need need they have anything that you’re interested in. They will make it happen or order if needed, I can assure you if you’re looking for a prom dress or wedding Guest dress this will be your store they have plus size as well. I am plus size and I felt so beautiful in my Dress again Oscar help me out and he was amazing and made sure I was happy. I tried on three different dresses and the one I didn’t think I liked I Ended up falling in love with it. Thank you, Oscar.

Was unimpressed by the customer service. I walked in and there was no one to greet me. I perused the gowns for a bit and still no one came over to offer me help with anything. I was looking for a floor length gown for a wedding. This was my first time there. Perhaps they were short staffed that day but it did not leave me with a good first impression. I left shortly after not being helped by anyone. You’d think they would have someone to greet their customers given that the customers are about to spend a good amount of money on a dress. Again, not a good first impression.

This place had EXCELLENT costumer service. I did not feel awkward or bad asking questions, they told me useful information and helped while fitting dresses. Definitely amazing place

I purchased a gown for my daughters sweet 16 Birthday Party. My daughter was so happy with the experience and the dress. The customer service is amazing! Highly recommend this store to anyone needing a dress for a special occasion.

I took my girlfriend here after looking at 5 other places for dresses and not finding what we were looking for. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The staff was very professional asking us many questions for what exactly we are looking for. Soon after they brought out several dresses to choose from. And after everything we walked out with a dress we both liked. It was black, sexy, and nothing super over the top. And the plus was it worked with my budget and I really appreciate all the help the staff did for us. I would highly recommend. Thank you.

I live out of town and had difficulties finding a dress in my area. I found my dress Jan of this year. While the employees had great customer service. The seamstress absolutely ruined my dress. I explicitly told her various times as well as provided reference photos of what I wanted. Every time I traveled 4 hours to review the alterations nothing was done as I requested. She took off an excessive amount of my train took 2 weeks to do every set of alterations requested. Always appeared rushed as if she did not have time to meet with me. In purchasing my dress 4 months ago now that I am 3 weeks from the wedding I had to get the dress shipped to me because again I did not have another 2 weeks to wait for alterations. When I received my dress she put a string to hold my sleeves to my dress and the sleeves were not made to cover my arms but were placed to cover my elbows. Why she would think I wanted sleeves to cover my elbows is beyond me. All I can say is that if you purchase a dress from here make sure it is one that fits perfectly with no needed alterations. I'm very disappointed and feel like my maid of honor dress has been ruined.

Didn't end up buying a dress here, but my mother and I were there shopping for a mother-of-the-bride dress and we were treated very nicely by the staff. Despite it being prom season, there were a selection of dresses that didn't scream "prom" and could be worn at any fancy occasion (quinceañera, dinner party, etc.). We appreciate the variety of color and sizes! Great option for those looking for a nice gown.

This place is amazing, every single employee was so kind and helpful, Oscar is great. He help us a lot, try few dresses, give us more ideas and guide us through all the process. The lady that altered the dress is so kind and friendly, this place makes your experience more fun because they never rush you. Beautiful dresses and amazing costumer service.thank you all! Ladies were amazing help but when it came to alterations. DISAPOINTMENT! Took my daughter to get measured for the alterations needed and when we went back to get her fitted.they had forgotten some of the alterations that had been talked about.literally the pins were still there! Had to look for another seamstress and had to pay more for last minute alterations!

Very nice dresses with great prices. Oscar and amber made sure my daughter got the dress of her dreams. Thanks again.

Mary- sales associate is the sweetest most genuinely helpful & Welcoming lady in a dress shop you will ever encounter. Her counterpart Oscar is just as welcoming, thoughtful & kind. This shop was the 1st stop on our Senior Prom hunt for the perfect dress journey. We went to 5 other local shops, 2 in the surrounding area, & 3 in Denver Colorado- none ever provided came close to the service, dress variety, stock, or size range that we experienced & found at Shangri-la l. So we went back to buy the last dress she tried on at the first shop we went to. Will definitely be back for the next Senior Prom in 2yrs

We had the best time tonight at your store! We were in there shopping for my daughter’s prom dress. Mary helped us with several dresses and was very attentive to my daughter. She tried on about 7-8 dresses and we ended up purchasing a beautiful royal blue ball gown. Mary made her feel like a princess! Mary is a gem and complete asset to you and she made our shopping trip so fun! What a fantastic experience!

Not only are the dresses stunning and affordable, The staff are incredible. We were helped by Oscar and Mary. Both we very friendly and helpful. They made Prom dress shopping for my daughter exciting. We loved the experience from start to finish.

Absolutely loved our experience here. We had to get a dresses for my sisters wedding and the manager was so kind and patient. We got 5 dresses for bridesmaids and I got a beautiful dress for my maid of honor dress. We went to so many places and this was the best in San Antonio! We will definitely be coming back.
