I had an informative free consultation with the ladies as they explained the benefits of each treatment. Alex and Taylor are really nice. Blake is really nice to explain all options for me. Very nice location.

I LOVE Shape. I have been going Faithfully since July and literally there is NOTHING like it. I've been an athlete my whole life and regularly work out 5 to 6 days a week. The burn I get from an EMS workout with owner Blake is Uncomparable to anything I do on my own. In 20 minutes I am literally wiped out and sore in a completely different way. I know that I am tapping in to muscle fibers that can't be reached by simply lifting weights and cardio alone.
Blake's amazing wife Alex has done the cool body sculpting on Me 3 times. I was skeptical at 1st but within 5 to 7 days I saw more definition and less bloat in my midsection. It's a must before i go on vacation.
Blake an Alex are professional and welcomeing. Taylor and Jessica are well rounded intuitive trainers with great personalities.
This place is a one a stop shop. I have referred 7 clients to Shape. My whole household goes. This place is a game changer.

Had my first appointment for Cryo Lipo treatment and it actually works! Just after 1-2 days I felt my tummy tucked in, I can’t wait to go back for more.

Love this place the workouts are amazing and very effective 20 min and feels like I worked out an 1 1/2 at the gym. Very convenient for me since I have not much time to workout. ️️

Shape is the best EMS location in the DFW metroplex. I've been doing EMS for 3 years now and swear by the technology. The trainers at Shape are very knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible for those with demanding schedules. The location is clean and they even provide you with snacks, drinks, and fresh eucalyptus towels after your session. 10/10!

The gym is very clean, the staff is super friendly and there are plenty of classes to choose from.

My wife and I had the privilege of meeting Blake and Alex a little over a week ago. We had our first workout last Friday and what they have going is no joke! It is an awesome workout and they are great people to have training you! I would highly recommend shape Dallas to anyone! We will be returning and getting a sweat on!
