They repaired my 2019 VW Jetta and it looks amazing like nothing happened. They did an excellent color matching and they delivered my car after the repairs at no cost. Thank you guys I’ll definitely come back for the regular car maintenance.

My car broke down next door at Popeyes. Sharks' personnel moved the car into their building before closing overnight - with plans to look at it the next morning. Turns out the drive train was still under warrantee and the dealership would have to make the repairs. Sharks Collision folks were very helpful to house the car overnight. A big thank you to Antonio and Anna for their help!

I'm writing this review to WARN people about this place. My young son had a wreck in his truck and the tow truck driver suggested this place. He took it in and I asked him several days later did he retrieve his items in the car. His radio was missing a $300 Bluetooth radio not his car audio. Now, fast forward to today. My son finds out that the truck has been tagged with over $2000 in Toll road fines in his truck. We had to do some investigating. We spoke with the finance company and they explained to us the truck is his truck. They never gave any LEGAL rights to the bodyshop. We never receive any paperwork stating any otherwise as well. They basically STOLE and Drove my son's truck wrecking up toll road fines. Now, we have have to go through LEGAL hoops to recover the truck and pray they don't commit any crimes while we are waiting. The truck is in great shape and hope they don't damage it in retaliation. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOUNG PEOPLE and steal vehichles through padding paperwork.

They Steal and falsify documents and estimates. They were post to file an lien but instead used our Nissan for personal use and still using it. They have ran up $2000 dollars in toll fees

Got hit so took my car here and they took care of my car and made it look beautiful again. Just like new. Customer service was spectacular from start to finish.

I took my car in for repairs, they helped me with the deductible and gave me a rental car. Maria helped me through the entire process and my car was like new.

They did a great job on my vehicle. I was impressed. Their only downfall with me was when I picked up my car it was a total disaster inside my car everything was covered in white dust. Mind you they cleaned it which they should've done before I arrived. They cleaned it up real good. Then I noticed my gas was gone. It went from 160 miles to E to 26 miles to E. They swear nobody had driven it but someone did. After going back and forth about that they did give me money for gas which was fine. I'm still upset that someone had been driving my vehicle. At the end of the day they do good work. But I would suggest taking a photo of where your gas is when you drop it off. They kept it for almost 2 months which I didn't like that. Odd thing now I'm having to jump start my vehicle everytime I go or leave from somewhere. Really strange. Hoping they didn't switch batteries on me. Never had that problem before

Very good service, they made me feel very confident and helped me with my entire claim step by step until the end, my car was left as if nothing had happened, I highly recommend them.
