Sharon's Hallmark Shop, El Paso TX

Im rating it a 5 because the staff is kind and very helpful, but the store is a mess. Very hard to walk through, boxes and bags everywhere. Reciepts from orders and transactions all over the counter with peoples peraomal info. The staff is very talkative in the best way but take tooooo long to ring you up. They did have cute merchandise though

This place is a mess, very disorganized & boxes everywhere. Wouldn’t be surprised if they close down soon.

Missed an opportunity for a sale by not selling the display keepsake ornament that was NOT part of a storytellers set (when Oggie who is part of that set the display of him was sold). The ornament was not a storyteller at all (I even showed her how it doesn’t plug in and was cheaper for that reason). She refused to sell it to me despite other displays clearly being sold. That exact display ornament was sold at Kohl’s and other stores. Won’t be back.
