Shear Envy, Universal City TX

I walked in on a Saturday morning - yes I know Saturdays are a busy day for salons - but I needed a bad dye job fixed asap. When I walked in no one acknowledged me at all. I stood there and waited patiently for someone to talk to me and no one ever did. They didn’t even say “we’ll be right with you” or anything. I walked out after about 10 mins and took my money elsewhere. If that’s how they treat new customers I don’t recommend coming here.

Sun at Shear Envy is the best! She listens to what you want, gives suggestions but does what you want. Did a great job on my color and cut. Will be going back to her again!

Waited 2 hours just to get a hair cut and way to overpriced just for a simple cut told staff I was there ti get my hair cut they ignored me

I recently went in to get my hair trimmed. My stylist was Olga. She is the absolute best. She made me feel at ease and took time to listen to what I wanted done. I couldn't have been happier with the results. I will absolutely come back to have her cut my hair again.

Dawn is the best stylist ever and listens to me, easily understands what I want and my hair has never looked better! Comfortable saloon and everyone there is really kind!
