Extremely rude person on register, I’m shocked to see how he was talking to everybody, manager should fire him, watch out your Canera to see the way he talks

The employees are rude and they discriminate customers on the basis of race. If you are Pakistani/Indian customer, they will ignore you and will not listen to you. Their pumps are a mess. The pump at the end was leaking the other day and when I lift it up to refuel my car before selecting fuel grade, it ruined my clothes and part of car. I went inside and told the employee (an average build brown guy) and he said “ our pump is ok” without even taking a look. And when I insisted then he said just go to the other pump. This is a serious safety violation and Shell should be ashamed of this happening here. Yesterday, I went there to refuel again and went to another pump on the other side, swiped my credit card, it got approved and then immediately the screen showed that “your transaction has been declined”. I swiped again and the same thing happened. Then I left without refueling. After 1 minute I received three messages from my bank and it read, “there was a suspicious activity on my credit card and they had placed a hold on my card”. When I logged into my online banking I noticed that my card was charged FOUR times for four different amounts despite the fact it was declined. All this is happening at a Shell gas station, folks!

Love them. I'm a regular and they have my stuff together.

New station. Neat and clean. Well stocked. Got my snacks and fuel and I'm gone. No Issues.

This gas station is super nice and clean. The employees are awesome as well.
