4Did fuel rewards and the clerk Syeed noticed the significant discount but decided to take away the credit. When I confronted him about it he played dumb stating he only went to help because he normally works at Exxon. Even though I explained the rewards program and showed him the app, he decided to still deny the rewards and when I asked for a full refund, he decided to take his time to return a cash transaction.
The cashier was hitting on me throughout my entire transaction with him, made me feel incredibly uncomfortable and held my purchase longer than necessary so I couldn’t leave.
Entirely unprofessional, I’m shocked someone like this works here.
