Gas Station Shell reviews
11The 2 guys manning the registers nonstop on the day the winter storm hit deserve our praise. Great hustle.
Rude! I showed an employee that the soda machine is spraying on the floor and she yelled at me for putting soda on the floor.
My wife's credit card information was stolen from this gas station, from a pump. Either they employ a thief or they do not check their equipment for scanners. Will never use this station again!
I like to stop here for gas whenever we go visit my mother in law. The gas prices at this station always seems to be very competitive and using shell’s fuel rewards helps to lower the prices even more.
Paid at pump, no receipt printed when asked if I wanted one. I don't want to go inside for it, that is why the pump is supposed to print them.
Count your change if you pay cash. On three separate occasions I have been shortchanged by employees at this location.
I wanted 10 gallons. The attendant was incapable of carrying the decimal to calculate the exact price. I thought it was weird.
This Shell location is conveniently located on the corner of Wetmore and Thousand Oaks. The store offers a variety of food and drink items. The gas pumps are easily accessible but do need to be upgraded. The car wash works fine and is reasonably priced. The only big downside of this location is that it can be hard getting in and out during high traffic times.
Clean gas station, the employee seemed to really enjoy working there and made my experience enjoyable just getting gas.
Clean store and nice employees. The staff are friendly usually and they don't harass me at the counter to buy a candy bar or donate money like Valero does.
