On 11/04 at 10: 15am, I went to conduct two transactions at SFCU Pasadena, TX location. Samantha walked up behind me and asked me to remove my hat. I said no, I'm not going undress myself and make me feel uncomfortable. She stood there and harassed me. She said, I'm going to notate your accounts and escort you out. This is the stupidest policy ever. SFCU has all my personal information, picture, etc. I highly recommend everyone closes their accounts from here. You friends and family members will be harassed for wearing hats, hoodies, or sunglasses. Unbelievable, unprofessional, uncalled for, unprecedented. Get a new job Samantha!
I never had a problem with any of Shells drive-thru or inside banking employee's, Banking with them for over 35 years!
I would fully love this bank other than the fact that the drive through atm is 85% of the time broken! I need to put money in my account to pay bills, my job does not allow me to get the the bank within their hours, so its vital that they have the atm working all of the time. Its getting to the point that I will start to look for another bank.
The customer service here is by far the worst. I spoke to Samantha and she was very disrespectful. I don’t recommend anyone to bank with Shell unless you want to be charged a $25 overdraft fee every 5 minutes because they process transaction weeks later. I’ve never had that experience with WF. The branch manager reached out and solved my issue. If I would’ve spoken to her from the get go I would’ve been a happy customer. I explained to her that it was not about solving the problem but being kind and explaining the situation. She is very kind and I truly appreciate her reaching out and solving my issue. Thank you so much!
Horrible service, they will take every chance they get to charge double interest. I do not recommend them to any one.

I’ve been with them since 2013 and they are always willing to assist with any concern you may have. Some are not helpful but the staff at Pasadena on Southmore Avenue are the best when Mr. John Escobar was still there.
Try looking for a new car so I went to this branch so I applied and got approved for a certain amount I specifically told the lady what type of car I wanted and she said I was good to go as long as I find one my price range. Which couple of days I did and come to find out the lady told me that I didn't qualify the specific car that I wanted because it was consider a sports car and also of my young age.
Loan officers have no idea what they are doing. I had everything emailed over before hand. Called in and asked if was good said yes just come pick up the check tomorrow. Show up next day and they said order from dealership wasn't good enough, couldn't open proof of insurance and they wanted three references even though I have good credit plus had a mortgage with them. All for a small car loan. Wasted an hour trying to fix it and finally said forget it.
I called to make a fraud report, I was told it would get handled within 7 business days and my money would be refunded. I called again to follow up on my case for them to tell me that I spoke with their 3rd party that handles their calls after hrs or weekend, that they only place the report and nothing else. Then why would their 3rd party provide me with that information? ! So because It's been couple of days they can't do nothing bc the report that the 3rd party enters basically means nothing and they wouldn't refund me the money, that i would need to go to the place that the person used my stolen card and go get video footage for proof. Excuse me? ! I'm not okay with a 3rd party dealing with my personal banking!
I went to several banks and they all didn't help at all so I went to this shell fed cred and met with Martha Martinez she was extremely nice and helpful she got me out with my account and dept card in less than 30 my minutes no issues at all. Thank you Martha.ps she needs a promotion
