We got the 48k grain water softener + whole house carbon filtration unit. I love that these systems were readily available for install, while I had some other dealers say their systems would take a month or two to ship. Pricing is great for a vortech technology system. The app is very convenient to see your water usage, how many gallons of soft water left, how many days to regeneration etc. It’s been just about more than a week since we had this system installed, so far it’s going great and i already see noticeable hair fall reduction. Overall, glad we found this product and dealer combination. Highly recommend both of them.

First off, the items are attractive with the very nice sleeves that come with them. The size of the media was fantastic compared to their competitors. You get so much more bang for your buck. The water tastes great. I’ve personally avoided tap water like the plague for years. I used to own and use numerous filtered pitchers. No longer. I even open up my mouth in the shower and take in big gulps like a baby bird in a nest. Yes, I do also occasionally flap my wings.

Second, the entire process, experience, and now utilization of this superior product, has made us converts and we actually look forward to our next appointment to get everything replenished. So buy this product and slurp, gulp, and guzzle every in drop. Enjoy those showers without feeling like you have to baste yourself in smelly lotions. And for you coffee drinkers, prepare for the Y U M! Now you can buy that expensive coffee with more gusto. I’ve got some brewing right now.

There was no hassle in ordering and getting it installed completely. This water softener system with filter fits perfectly in my garage. I also like the lifetime warranty provided by Shell water systems on some of the parts like tanks. The app is great and very convenient to know the current status and track your consumption. Though I installed it recently and still using my first batch of salt, one of the cool feature of this system is that it consumes less salt, comparatively.
I would for sure recommend this system to install.
