This office has taken a turn for the worst. Can’t get anyone to answer the phones. Sent Shelley an email and they go unanswered until I ask for my policy to be transferred to a new agent and then Genie responds (so I know she saw my other prior email). I get life happens and Shelley needs to be away at times but the staff here is not equipped to run this business in Shelleys absence. Even my new agent couldn’t get them to answer the phones when he needed them to finish the full transfer. I miss Dani. She won my trust but since leaving the rest of the staff has ruined that.
