Shen Medical Associates, Longview TX

So far my experience with this place has not been good. When I set an appointment for a day they completely moved it without my knowledge and called to verify the wrong day. When I spoke with a front desk agent by the name of Jessica she lacked empathy and completely said it was wrong the info I wrote down. I had an referral for this place but it’s seems like I can’t even get in the door to even get my issue checked out. Disappointed

I really really tried to like them!
I have been a patient for about two years now. The first bad experience, about a year ago I got an x ray done for my chest because I was having issues with my asthma. Was told by Dr Hunt I would have my results in the next day or two. Two days later I called to see about an update on the results and was told Dr Hunt was out of the office until the following week. She never called me with those results the following week and I ended up going to the ER for results, I had walking pneumonia….
Second time was a couple months ago. I had a full lab work up on my blood and was told I would be mailed my results within a week.
One month to be exact later I finally got my results in the mail. No explanation of what any of it meant. I had to call a nurse friend and have her go over them with me. Terrible service, definitely do not put the patients needs first! I have called a few times with needs or questions and she has never once returned any of my calls.
I would not recommend Dr Stephanie Hunt.
