I am very appreciative of the amount of time the employee took and his excellent advice regarding the paint types I needed to purchase. Had he just listened to what I thought I needed, it would have been a huge mistake for me. Although I am sure it was obvious I don't know much about types of paint, he was non-judgmental about that and just continued to explain things in a manner until I understood it. At the point of sale, he asked if my contractor had an account with them and I didn't know so I called him and he confirmed that he did, which gave me an additional 30% off the price. The thing is, I didn't even know that was a possibility (the contractor didn't tell me beforehand) and I really appreciate the savings. I received excellent customer service all around at Sherwin Williams today!

We had great service from the folks at the Sherwin Williams store at 4615 Hwy 6 in First Colony. Good selection too. We like the Super Paint with primer built in.

Very bad experience trying to exchange one of there name brand roller handles I thought it would be easy exchange been that I was a defective one stand behind your merchandise I only had it for one week and payed your ridiculous mark up

Great place to get your painting supplies. Easy to get into and parking is plenty. You can see it from hwy 6. It's busy early in the morning on a weekday as lots of paint professionals get their supply for the job here. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Good place to shop. Subscribe so you can get in on their deals.
