Sherwin-Williams Paint Store, Plano TX

The employees at this store are always so helpful and polite. I had 3 different 5 gallon buckets with left over paint from a few years ago. They didn't try to sell me new paint, and even transferred them to 1 gallon buckets that I can handle and store. I will always shop here for my DIY paint needs.

These guys are very helpful, they worked with us on pricing and what they stock in order to be our 1 stop paint supplier. They came out to our shop, checked out what we do, made some good recommendations, and set us up with the pro app which makes keeping stock on shelves incredibly easy.

Great service from the staff, caters to the commercial & professional customers. Have been dealing with them for years, always very helpful and responsive even though the are extremely busy most of the time, they get on it ASAP.

One word: UMMI
The manager at the store, Ummi, is a phenomenal guy to deal with and he really pay attention to customer service and makes sure you are 110% satisfied with the product and provides excellent suggestions. Some SW stores totally lack customer service, but this particular location is all over customer service.

When u walk into a place of business, to spend money, I don't think it's asking too much for 1 of the 4 employees to address u and say hello, or ask if u need help. I was in the store for 20 minutes looking at colors. I was not spoken to ONCE. I came in and I went out with not a single word said to me. Customer service definitely means something different to the crew at this location! Go somewhere else if u truly need professional help!

These guys were very friendly and helpful. I came in with an odd request to have some marine texture paint colored. They did a great job. I will be using them again
